You basically just dodge into her fir every dash of the flurry because it tracks so comically aggressively that dodging away or to the side just puts you in the path of her momentum, whereas the 1 law she does abide by is that she can’t just 180 on a dime mid-dash and can only really turn around on the next dash.
It’s by no means as easy as it sounds but it usually works. mostly.
Yeah, its like the melee solution is to get behind her when she jumps up and then start dodging at the last second.

Gee I just love having to find the mechanical weaknesses in an enemy’s AI or movement options to dodge their near-instakill attacks

I mean its better than some soulslikes I’ve played where at least you CAN dodge the BS.

Yeah one of the later bosses in remnant 2 has a jump + shockwave move that just instakills.
Not: it does a lot of damage
It is actual instant death. With the tankiest build possible and using an ability that gave me an overshield equal to my entire healthpool it still took me from full health, past the downed state, right into full death.
Truly, gameplay.
How are you supposed to get around THAT?
By tanking all the other arenawide attacks he is doing in that moment so you can put your full, undivided attention on iframe rolling into the shockwave.
There’s a couple enemies and bosses that just have random instakill moves and it really smells like they regretted adding a tank class and decided to circumvent it with instant death totally nullifying the tank at times
So-- no “no hit” run then?
