Thatās why I picked an Air Genasi for my Tempest Cleric. Lightning cantrip start, woo!
Great stuff but Iām too socially out of it to engage as much as Iād like to. There are also logistics problems.
I hate people so itās never been my cup of tea personally.

I can handle exactly 30 seconds of talking to strangers. Quick and efficient.
I have to do it all day for my job and I loathe every second of it. But to then have to do it in my free time, even if we have shared interests? No thank you.
The only people I want to talk to are people online because if I get tired of the conversation I can just unapologetically ghost them.

What spells does Shadow get outside of it? In either Domain.
Donāt remember if Dimension Door was a Trickster Domain spell or not (or if Clerics get it in spellbook anyway), but that has come in clutch recently for me, since I can just Spirit Guardians and then Dimension Door on top of a cluster of enemies next turn.

Plant Growth is apparently non-concentration crowd control if you need to lock in a battle area, but also Moonbeam is a very strong ability.

I should give moonbeam a try to be honest. I heard itās great in combo with thorn whip when they try and get out.
I still wish I could change my characterās appearance though, he always looks really confused.

Itās such a strong spell, but just be cautious with allies nearby as it can hurt them. Especially non-companion allies, when they decide to run into it after combat.
But yes, you can shove and Thorn Whip people into the Moonbeam and wreck them hard. Donāt even have to aim it so that they stay in it, as long as they move through!
It is a Domain spell, and not a cleric spell in general, so only Trickery gets it.
Trickery domain spells:-
1st: Charm Person, Disguise Self
2nd: Pass Without Trace, Mirror Image
3rd: Fear, Bestow Curse
4th: Polymorph, Dimension Door
5th: Seeming, Dominate Person
