och laddae
The god-awful “scottish” accent that popular culture has given to dwarves has made my inable to accept any dwarf NOT having the terrible ““scottish”” dialect.
Damn dwarves; they ruined scottish…!
There’s gardening i really need to do. But your boy here always brings “i’ll do it tomorrow” energy to today.
I’d take the scottish accent thing and put ‘British accents’ in media generally. Very, very few games/media/voice actors -not- from the isles can do any of the accents very well, at all.
Cockney and Scottish are probably the most abused though ‘generic northern’ gets a good beating as well unless they are an actual northerner, which tbf is more common now.
I swear the next american va to try cockney needs to sit down and have a good long talk with themselves then decide it’s a bad idea.
Yes.
Why is his hand so heavy???
I still can’t believe Tracer’s VA is actually British.
I want to slap the voice director, so badly.
There are only two english accents - Received Pronunciation (villain) or Crikey Guv’nor (hero)
“Well ofc he’s the villain, he’s a theatrically trained British man”
(this was me yesterday talking about Tony Jay, but it applies here)
I wasn’t overly enthused by Tears of the Kingdom when it first came out. But I’ve dipped back into it and now I’m really enjoying it. Nice chill vibes.
Also me and a friend were going to try out hardcore classic tonight but it’s not releasing until 11pm local time which is lame. I missed the boat when it was a craze a little while back.
At least you get more than one! … we only have the shouty and non-shouty version.
Final Fantasy 16 had some absolute S Tier battle tracks but this one is still coming out on top IMHO.
Awful dungeon but excellent boss and accompanying music.
blast from the past
also fire temple is my fave music, listened to that for so long during work its burnt into my brain
Pronunciation can also be (hero), such as Kingsmen and Alfred Pennyworth (depending on VA)
Eccentric madman in suede jacket is a sidekick to American adventurer.
Might be getting a witness summons to court as part of my job lmao
West country gets the pirates, good or bad. Where does yorkey fall on the scale?
Morally dubious gangster who turns out to be good.
Which can also be cockney.
