My current meals look something along the lines of ‘heart attack on a plate’ (this eve was two burgers, no buns, bacon, cheese melt, on lettuce bed) but my fridge has also never been more fully stocked. Got mushrooms, peppers, a Huge chunk of stock from two local butchers, eggs…

Gonna use (diet) science to turn my fat against itself, and it’s tasting pretty darn good already :3

Gearbox of my car kicked the bucket in the middle of Friday afternoon traffic, with every pedestrian and cyclist around me turning their head to the horrible machinery death sounds as I tried to remove myself from the busy road.

Actually, first gear still worked, so I made my way to the nearest garage at walking speed with my hazard lights flashing. This is so going to cost me too. :'C

It strikes me that Xena is basically a model for what a D&D martial should be.

Not just a very skilled fighter (with no magical origin story — she just trained herself over the years to be Just That Good), but also perceptive, insightful, and displaying a multitude of other nonmagical skills that are important in an Adventure Friendly World.

And I long for campaigns that let characters like her play to their strengths instead of having the casters hog the glory of everything that isn’t “I hit him with my sword”.

play any campaign with tight corridor dungeons, it’ll be the least fun you’ll ever see a caster have because you can’t do anything (I am still mad :slight_smile: )

I dunno, I played a goblin dungeon defense game up to 8th level and the two druids did okay. As did my barbarian, mind you.
Did a 14th level oneshot that was mostly in a dungeon too as a genielock, and that went mostly okay. The wild magic sorcerer had some clutch moments too.

Just ban all full casters :sunglasses:
