reminds me, when the latest patch came out me and my friend ran the story as a fem Norn (me) and they ran it as a fem charr and we both noticed. “Hey isnt the norn got the same VA as Xalath.” “Yeah…doesnt the fem charr have the same va as alleria now?” “Yeah.” “Yeah.” “Awkward.”

When you’ve played enough games, you come to realize that(especially in the triple A/big company sphere), there’s only like 10 voice actors that get any work.

I find the Au Ra to be very cute too! The only thing about them is that they look so vastly different compared to the men.
The men look draconic, the women look more aquatic, almost merfolk.

and they often come in cycles after they get their big break. its no shade on the va’s coz the vast majority are really good, no question there, its just some of them are so instantly recognisable.
i played 10 games back to back and in each one i heard darin de paul not long after playing i swear
again, au ra stan but they feel like a really fumbled bag in terms of potential

I find femra to be too… mmm demure and not very unique in their animations and looks if that makes sense.
They’re very bland and I like to speak the truth and say people that play Au Ra have a size [REDACTED], the only exceptions really are the rare NPC like Sadu who actually look and act fierce.
Also I have seen the Au Ra concept art and truly we were robbed

it does. ive seen people who modded the scales tail and horns off them and added ears and just. if you did that to a miqote it’d look uncanny valley. the fact it makes so little difference on an au ra kinda supports that. i reiterate. au ra came from a warrior society. if you want to have the raen look more dainty sure it works. thavnairan, hingan and werlyt raen’s arent exactly warrior societys. but xaela…come on…

I would happily let Sardu top me.
But I would also let Cirina do so.
And I think the dynamic of those two together is really cute, especially with as I think Loras put it before, Cirina is definitely the top in that situation, confusing even Sardu.
