Actually, now I think about it, I’ve seen a worse sink at the house of two ex-friends. Tried cleaning it but to no avail. It was forever ruined.
Which leads me to the next question… I once saw a video where he sorta spoke about it, along with his mom passing away. And so I wonder… was he already this way before his mom passed, or after? Because… as somebody whose own mom passed… that is -not- what would make her proud…
Don’t know anything about his personal hygiene but he is pretty dirty in other ways.
He can be considered one of the alt-right pipeline youtubers/streamers(In that he himself is open conservative, but doesn’t shy away from alt-right audiences because it gives him views), and his fanbase is VERY far-right and pretty outspoken with misogyny and general hatred of “the woke”.
The more I see and learn about him (which is never a active choice inccidently), the more I’m convinced he’s either acting to a base or depressed. Perhaps both, they aren’t mutally exclusive.
Still gross and doesn’t excuse the choices he makes, but I’d like to believe there’s an underlying reason rather than “guys just gross”.
The sad thing is if he does have issues, mental or otherwise, he can and does clearly play them up for views and has a viewing base that are essentially watching a dancing monkey. Which… is kinda worse, both in a ‘that’s sad’ and ‘that’s pathetic’ sense.
If he is, sadly he’s not the only one that does, I remember Nikocado Avocado existing… to some people, nothing is sacred long as it generates money and views.
Tokimeki Memorial one of the most landmark dating sims in the genre is getting a Switch remake.
But only in Japan.
It’s not too surprising, the series has never had an official English release, but it’s still very disappointing.
That’s partly what leads me down the depressed path with him.
I know when mine passed I excibited some very parculiar behavours, and I didn’t have an audience willing to pay me dance.
He was the food guy wasn’t he?
I’m inclined to think so too.
Yup.
Asmongold is at the end of the day a pathetic person
I wouldn’t care about Asmongold at all really if he didn’t keep amplifying alt-right, cringe gamer takes that he doesn’t do even ten seconds of due diligence on to realise he’s being fed (and then feeding to others) total–and harmful–nonsense.
So far incredibly pleasantly surprised by TWW in almost every way. If I had to give it an immediate rating just for now with the possibility of going up or down its a very solid 7/10 where I saw BFA/Slands/DF as 4-5/10’s; the big let downs for me are a general disinterest in the two premiere characters - Alleria and Xal’atath, I don’t find either of them overly interesting and Xal’atath has a bad habit at the moment of being that type of villain who can appear anywhere at any time to do [anything] [whenever] they want and I find that really grating but the side characters really easily make up for that.
In terms of zones? Hallowfall (9-10/10) > Isle of Dorn (8-9/10) > Azj Kahet (7/10) > Ringing Deeps (2-3/10).
Isle of Dorn locked me in immediately with the bagpipes and all the little Celtic cultural references scattered around the Isle, absolutely loved getting to see some decent celtic presentation in the game that wasn’t just “Odin Vikings etc.”, the culture of the Freywold Earthern felt very homely and, I think for a lot of people might be a miss, but I suspect the Irish and Scottish players will feel very touched by it, because I was, really liked seeing those historical druidic celtic practices shown through the lense of the game. I found myself pleasantly surprised by how much detail there was to the Earthern and they’ve very quickly won me over where I was initially very hesistant.
Hallowfall needs few words, it is just a really amazing experience overall, I have almost nothing negative to say about it whatsoever. There’s a little moment with Faerin and Anduin where they touch on the idea of the Light’s “Undeserved Grace” which harkens back to what Uther told Arthas 20 years ago about all mortals being inherently unworthy but still being graced by the Light all the same, because it needed them only to accept who they are and move forward. Its a (very obvious) reference to the Christian concept of “God’s Undeserved Grace” wherein God gives freely his grace, his forgiveness and his gifts to all, regardless of Sin, so long as they are willing to accept it; there’s nothing to earn because its always there and will always be there if one is willing to strive for good despite their past sins and in doing so will be rewarded with salvation. Whoever the writer was who did the Arathi understood the mandate and did at least some decent research because there’s quite a few christian-based references in their culture and their sayings which, obviously, fits regardless because they’re Light worshippers.
Azj-Kahet I’ve only just begun but the vibes are immaculate and their desire to flesh out the Nerubians as their own race free of the Old Gods (like they wanted to do back in WOTLK) has been really nice to see from what little I have saw. Really pleasantly surprised.
Ringing Deeps. . .really rough run after the amazing environments and vibe of Dorn, I don’t care at all for techno-machine stuff in ‘muh fantasy’ and prefer when Titans are big fantasy magical Gods instead of robot guys so the Ringing Deeps was just hitting all my “disinterested” sensors all at once, which is a shame because I’m sure it has some merits, I just can’t think of any. Dagran was cool, as was Magni, but they’re not the zone.
hi thats me yep, got through that content tonight and it was just…beautiful to for once see some respectful representation in some way
war withins been great so far really surprised with it. probably not playing optimally as a frostfire frost mage but it felt like a funny thematic as a dark iron and thats enough for me i think
I ain’t gonna pretend. I think Hallowfall was the worst zone for me. So much so that I didn’t even begin to pick up the side quests for it, just rushed through.
I do not vibe with it.
But also, if I’m going to do dwarf posting;
Levelling my 480 boomkin like; “ah yes, this is going to be hell on anything not in prepatch gear”
Oh joy, on at least a few of my characters ._.
Guess we ain’t bucking the trend of Kaytlinne being my content runner, huh?
Played some more last night, did my first delve and finally settled on a transmog I’m reasonably happy with.

Gun axes are unreasonably cool and not too flashy so I like them a lot. Thanks for the suggestions.
Bare arms is so powerful, I love women
it made all the difference in the mog once the gun show commenced
