This is a surprisingly professional peeve of mine but the UK court system is wank at actually sending small claims cases through to us. My corpo doesn’t get a whole lot of them related to customers - I’d say we average about 1 a month - but frequently we don’t actually get the claim form through at all, and only find out about it in the first place when they levy a judgement in default against us. If the judgements came with a claim form attached it might not even be so bad, but they don’t, it’s just “hey you didn’t respond to this thing (that you never got), so now you gotta pay. What’s it about? Guess. You don’t get to find out.”
And then when you call them up to get a copy of the claim form you go around in circles for hours on the phone, because for some reason they’re really iffy about actually sending a copy. They say it’s for data protection reasons but who else is out here quoting the claim references and saying “can I have a copy of this”

I’m pretty sure it’s somewhere in the settings or whatnot, but lowkey a peeve of mine currently is that when I swap specializations, the mog changes as well, so I’d have to pay double the transmog cost if I want to play Guardian as well. Happens on my Warrior too, but f.e. if I want to keep the 2handers and 1hander + shield mogs similar, with just difference for weapons, do I really have to pay double for each armor as well??
