No, they haven’t announced any specific dates. Based on what they’ve said, they will probably roll out the phases with a similar cadence as in Vanilla or a little quicker.
The Honor system was originally introduced about half a year after launch, but due to the way the phases are done in Classic, where it is lumped in with stuff like Dire Maul, I think the Honor system specifically will be here several months earlier than in Vanilla.
I think it also depends on how fast, and how many will drop out. Especially from the high pop servers. 16k ques WITH layering. Not sure how many layers they have, but they need a LOT of people to quit those servers before they can remove layering and they said it will be removed BEFORE phase 2.

Yeah, they may need to have a character migration system set up first.

I bet Phases will be released between Retail patch releases, so Blizzard can offer new content with no subscription down-time.

1-3 months after they will release 8.2.5 (or maybe even 8.3) patch for retail. They are not going to release phases for wow classic at the same time with wow retail patches. They are going to “ping pong” you between the games to keep you subbed.

No, honor system introduced in April 2005, not after 1.5 years of launch. So we can estimate in 2 or 3 months they will start Phase 2.

Also EU got the game later, so it was even shorter after EU launch.

I really hope that they will not introduce honor until after 6 months at least. It’s pain to level a warrior as it is and when everyone will have incentive to gank you, it might just prove impossible outside of dungeons. Especially at 50+ levels, when there will be raid-decked 60 levels running bored everywhere.
Is 6 months how long you think it will take for you to reach 60?

I’d normally be around 30ish at most, playing 6 hours a day or something casually if it wasnt for phase 2 incoming.
Im not the best at levelling either.
Edit: im playing like 8 hours a day minimum just now, 12 hours sometimes
Edit2: no dungeons though
I have 6 days 17 hours /played and my level is 24.
According to this chart: https://www.reddit.com/r/classicwow/comments/bq847f/diagram_of_the_average_time_needed_each_lvl/ I’m 1/8 to 60 level. So I need 1127 more hours to reach 60 level. It’s 187 days if I’m playing 6 hours/day which roughly translated to 6 months.

You need to level faster.
Are you killing mobs your level?
If you go for mobs even 5 levels lower, you will get a fraction of the exp but as a warrior you can kill multiple at a time and will have less down time.
Do green quests exclusively.
Edit: im a hunter so I cant really kill multiple mobs at the same time but when i grind for levels I kill mobs 3 levels lower because I do the most damage while receiving the most exp.
I’m mostly doing grey/green quests as I want to complete every quest in game and my level raises too fast.
