Server Ashbringer, Booty Bay, yesterday
About half a day i was maked quests in this location, and saw how 60LvL Warlock gnome killing horde players. He was spammed Dots from the second floor of tavern all the day but guards absolutly ignore this fact. Is this actually abuse or feature?..
Definetly abuse
Report them, on Tanaris/Wintersprings camp/Booty Bay, if someone exploit terrain to gain advantage about guards attack, this is an exploit behavior and you can report them. They will be warned, and if they have been already warned about that abuse, they will be temp. ban.
I remember you could always kill guards in Booty Bay. I don’t know how it was with players because I played very little on the PVP server. At Tanaris I was killed, and
guards killed the one who had attacked me.
