Playing a party of four in high lvl dungeons

Hello there! I’ve been doing dungeons with three friends and played all the dungeons as four man. It’s been a blast! The most recent was Maraudon and it was the most difficult so far, but we managed to kill the princess last night. We are 49-51.

We take it kinda slow and plan fights and sheep mobs that we can. I’m healing as pally and we have a mage, a hunter and a warrior to tank.

How do you think we will fare in the later dungeons? Dire maul? Stratholme? Scholomance? Anybody with experience doing this?

On normal you can do what you want. Don´t see any issues unless you call stuff taking longer an issue

You will be perfectly fine, vanilla dungeons are laughably trivial with cc, especially mage/hunt cc.
It will be hour+ borefest runs of course, but I suspect you are fine with that.

Thanks for the input! We usually play for a 2hour session perhaps, so as long as we manage that it’s all good.

Some wings of Dire Maul can be tough, UBRS is a 10 man and Stratholm Undead has a progress gauntlet where you are forced to clear an area on a set timer. Other than that I don’t see an issue, especially since your group has everything you could ask for.

Not until phase 5, and even then the timer is only to complete a quest in the T0.5 series.

That’s not what I’m talking about.
I’m talking about the Abominations before Ramstein.
If you don’t kill them fast enough they will move towards the entry gate’s position, and if they reach it without entering combat the event fails and the doors to the baron will stay closed.

Ahh right. I see why that might be an issue. We will just have to try I guess- or get a random to come along.

I lost time once in a run and they closed. But they opened after a while😅 idk if it was a bug or not

Might be that it works like this, only happened to me once so I might misremember what exactly happens when an Abomination reaches the gate.
