Please Blizzard give us 1 or 2 new WoW Classic Era server, SoM was just not what people were looking for.
It’s been a very long while a new Classic Era server was released, please give us 1 or 2 servers.

Most of the servers are empty already, why do you want to make new ones?
prob cos he wants fresh and fresh brings more ppl. being stuck on phase 6 forever is depressing

Why don’t you just level/play in SoM and then free transfer to an existing Era realm when SoM ends this year? I don’t see what the problem is.

Please don’t make a new one, there are far too many as it is.
You do realise that new servers will bring back ppl who enjoy the game.
There are many server but ppl who weren’t able to start back in the days, hence a lot will not join current servers as they will be outgeared by a lot.

That’s the thing, they won’t do that. People only think a lot of people will come back and play on them. Yet there is no proof at all that it will happen.
Servers actually need closing down or connecting. If someone wants to come back they can do it now, they can catch up on Era realms easily. After all, no one is going to outlevel them at 60.
New realms are romanticised by some but the truth will come out. Not many will play on Era whatever you do.
Now’s the part where you start insulting me, at least that’s what usually happens when I speak these home truths.

Yet you speak of proof that it will not happen, sadly enough it’s been already proved several times and on top of that a new “private” server is coming out, has already thousand of ppl signed up for.
If you don’t want 1 np stay and do what you want, a new server will NOT bother you whatsoever if you have fun where you are.

It will take funds away from something else.
I suppose the way you work is that you have something to say on anything even if it doesn’t really make much sense …
They can easily merge the other servers and open a new one, simple yet people have to tell you how thinks could work out.

As long as they keep the Era servers up and running, a fresh server would hurt nobody.
I think - personally and for once - that ONE server; a PvP server would be enough, as the only reason to be afraid to roll anew on the existing Era servers must be PvP reasons.
is only meaningful in a PvP context.
They could always merge this one to the alive PvP cluster later.

yes indeed your right PvP is a big deal regarding PvP but so does PvE, the server are lacking people, the raiding guilds that are still around do sometimes take some external ppl on the raids but in general you have very little chance of progressing unless your lucky.
Many ppl have left and a new server will bring back people.

So what happens six months later when people are leaving the new servers? We will have another half empty server.
no ty, servers need more connecting in order to offer a more pleasurable experience, there are enough ghosts towns as it is. You wanna play era, join us on one of the more populated servers.
They can keep 2 bigger ERA realms, that are constantly running and once the fresh realm is dead, they can let people move to one of the big ones, that are always up. But honestly, that’s exactly why SoM exists, so I don’t really understand the reason for this thread.
I get the “nochange” reason behind it tho. There should be two SoM realms imo, one like the current one and one with no changes. Would work 1000 times better, than the current 4 dead realms and 1 still active.
just add new content on Classic + its not hard so many unused areas in the game, you can even add more world bosses and what not. maybe new dungeons and raids too shouldn’t be hard
There are 10k plus people in the diacord for the new fresh private server.
People do want it and will play it.
This stupid argument that no one is playing classic, they arent playing it because they have completed it.
It needs to be progressive, being on phase 6 is the equivalent to completing cyberpunk or something and thwn just running around with nothing to do instad of starting again.
To start again on classic you need others to do so aswell and the only way to co ordinate ghat effectively is with fresh, progressive servers.

If it’s progressive then it’s not Classic is it? Besides that’s what SoM is for.
