Please allow Worgens to fight in Human form

So i dont get the entire point of why Worgens can stay in there human shape if they wanted to in combat.

I have seen people try to make the point “oh well make a human then”
And to that respond all i have to say should we remove transmog from items aswell?
If you want a certain weapon to look like something then just use that weapon then.
This is not a valid point to argue from in my opinion as its just a draw back.

There is no harm in if people want to be able to change between what form they keep and when ever they keep it.
So why should you be forced to change? I do love the story line of the Worgen and I love my main character being Human to.
And from a lore point of view Worgens have been shown to fight in ether form before to.

And if you wanna make it even more fun you could even make it such as the Transformed form have streanth and HP buffs while Human have Agility and Evade buffs if you really wanted a reason.

Personally i would just love to have the option to change it just like with many other things.
And for people who argue against this by saying play human u kind of miss the entire point of what Worgens are and the fact THEY CAN CHANGE.
They are not forced to that’s what makes them fun to have as an character.

And actully i think this should actully apply to all shape shifting races or jobs/classes.
Sense transmogs are a thing why would it have to stop at 1 or 2 races option to what they want to look as when they fight?

Should we start forcing removing transmogs when you fight to?

To be honest it could also be kind of a cool thing as a max level trait reward as well where you have now learned to master your curse even in the heat of battle, not just outside combat.

Making it both an reward you have to earn and as well an achievement reach.

Just like the Sylvans(dark fallen) skins/eye you can get on elf’s. (had to add it here as well.)

nah play human

Maybe come with a valid argument that could help rather than some trash respond?

Or would you mind giving up the option to change keybindings and your transmogs?

Just saying

It is valid argument. If you want human form specifically you can play one as human .

not much of a curse if you can just not suffer from it i guess.

No its not sense force change is not what the Worgens are actully as in there race THEY CAN change hence not being able to change at will makes the entire argument invalid as a respond.

i guess the point is that a worgen without the curse is a HUMAN

And by that argument not much of an item if you can just transmog it, do you want the transmog option to be removed then to?

I like the idea, but if you disregard racials and it’s only about the visuals and options, Worgen would then ALWAYS be the superior option when you want a human character.

And I don’t think that feels right.

Not really as they have there own benfits and draw backs such as what they can play as and not.

And maybe this is a reason humans racial trait SHOULD be buffed. Or changed in general.

I did say “if you disregard racials”. Which I personally do: I only care about a race’s aesthetics and fantasy.

I’d rather they go this route:

You pick race: Human.
Then you pick heritage: Stormwind, Gilneas, Kul Tiras.
Etc.

Oh i might have missunderstood, but i will have to say i think the option should be there for us who play it to chose if changing is possible why should it be forced on us WHEN we are changed?
Maybe instead of forcing maybe they should add draw backs and benefits of changing forms, which would make more sense and be a cool feature of the Worgen.

Ehhhh, it’s WoW. People will min-max it and do whatever is ‘best’ then. Unfortunately.
It’s why we can’t have nice things.

I get that.

But it dont change the fact that i think the transformation thing should be treated as an transmog thing rather than anything else unless it would be giving you benfits as you fight.

I would say this:

I’m for that choice. Dracthyr have it (unless you’re evoker), so why shouldn’t worgen.
But: Then I think they should be given unique human models with their own customizations.

This is something i could see as a nice way of doing it to.

And for this exact point i would say it would be cool if they COULD find a balance where your race change played a part of gameplay, for example find the balance as Worgen shaped has better tank and close range capability’s as they are stronger and have more health and in there human form they are more agile and have a better chance of evading dmg thanks to there smaller and more nimble form.

Sure as you said earlier they will be mid maxing and balancing issues to handle but it would be a dame cool feature of the Worgens and Dracthyr if they could.

Well then i would play human, now i want to play a shape shifting Worgen that have control of there curse, which some already have established in the WOW lore to start with.

I would say the thing about Worgen is the fact they are in BETWEEN Human and Wolf shape and the option to chose would be awesome even in combat.
Hence why i tried to say that isn’t really a argument in this case more of a statement.

I don’t think Worgen should be able to fight as humans and I don’t think Dracthyr should have been let to either. The issue seems to really be not that people want to play Worgen/Dracthyr but they want more customisations options.
