It might be Blizzard that created the problem, but if you’re doing such things to stay on the server you’re adding to it.
A fix could be that auto-running, etc. will not prevent the kicking of the server for inactivity.
I’m Swedish, so there’s hardly any way for me to go without food thanks to government assistance (Thank god for välfärd yo) but I’m agreeing with you. That IS how the world currently works and it’s equally sad as it is correct.

I don’t think you got the point of Breaking Bad. Walter never needed to go into the Math business. He had people who would help him with money, he had charities opened in his name. He chose to get drug money because of his ego.

Blizzard won’t act on this as it fits their agenda. But your right they do need to do something about the people sat doing nothing and holding up the queues.
