While I agree that they were made really achievable , I don’t think they are to low for the average player. Don’t forget the majority of players is under 1800 and I think for BGB it was under 1600.
They shouldn’t get the rewards for free of cause , but it’s not like 80% of people just clean out the rewards every season with ease.
The thing is, it isn’t just at the end of the season. But at the beginning to. So even if rewards are low, dps usually will get them a lot earlier with less games played
As mentioned before, majority is below 1,8 most of the season even with inflation. Haben checked in a month but can’t imagine it moved a lot
Pretty sure that only works as dps. I remember making my new monk heal and went 5:1 first round, my mmr moved from 1900-1800 cause the system thought I should have won my placement games 6:0
If I would go 2:4 dear god I would speed run to 1, 6 mmr xD
I didn’t play SL, I tried the first weeks, but my personal time was me more worth than grinding weird pve takent trees :>
But I see how good BGB helps people reach their goals and how it is still a minority. Like my was 1/20 when I got 2,4 at the time. 20 Rdruids European wide getting „free rating „ doesn’t sound to much or ? So i think having strong inflation like this isn’t a bad idea as it makes people wanna play, even past the rewards and even without getting close to r1
Heck I have all rewards and made a new char jusz to see how high I can win streak my mmr ( 12:0 is sadly only 2,4 mmr, to many placement games )
Reward distribution and lack of motivation for playing while stuck on a rating is bad.
A reward for winning 100 games on duellist / rival etc would do a lot for participation
I feel like the game is in a good state to be fun , just long waiting times and dead lfg kill it
