Please help! Unknown ban

Hello,

I have woke this morning to a 7 month ban?
I have no clue why, I checked my emails and it says I have used a bot which I have never once used in my many years of playing (2007!)

I only logged yesterday to kill the grench, do a key with my boyfriend then logged out. I am terrified. I don’t want to lose my account especially considering I haven’t done anything wrong. There are no bans to appeal on my account and I can’t seem to contact anyone. I really needed to log in today too (my one day off!) and prep for 8.3 :frowning:

Absolutely the same. I received my ban yesterday for absolutely no reason. I believe there is a flaw in blizzard hacking tools because they banned so many innocent people. This is beyond disgusting Blizzard!!!
