Please help! Unknown ban

Hello, I have woke this morning to a 7 month ban? I have no clue why, I checked my emails and it says I have used a bot which I have never once used in my many years of playing (2007!) I only logged yesterday to kill the grench, do a key with my boyfriend then logged out. I am terrified. I don’t want to lose my account especially considering I haven’t done anything wrong.
