I can´t find this anywhere. Is it possible to pay to transfer from the PVE server to the PVP server? I want to join the pvp server when TBC comes. I hope its possible otherwise I will have to quit my hc journey 
nope; you can’t transfer to the pvp server. You can only create characters on the pvp server and only if faction balance allows it

“Faction balance” is a meme because most ppl who create new characters now, 2 months after start are bots. Ppl who really want to play for locked faction will just wait when bots create enough characaters on other. It doesnt really help to faction balance and blizz should disable this system after first month.
