Please nerf hakkari coin leveling before TBC

If wowhead is accurate, the hakkari coin hand in quests will gain xp till level 72. It will take about 23,000 coins to reach level.
Obviously to most people that is a ridiculous amount, and it could cost 50,000-100,000 gold to acquire them all. Even so people will do it. People have spent 50,000 gold in DFT in GDKP runs, they’ll happily spend 100k to hit level 70 in 2hours.

I think this quests xp should be heavily nerfed past level 60 to stop it damaging the TBC launch experience.

It’s also worth noting you don’t have to be extremely rich to benefit from this. Even getting 1 or 2 levels with coins, would allow you to get ahead of the crowd, and start questing in much more empty zones.

Why exactly it is bad thing?

I mean Classic - > TBC servers will be generally clown fiesta with full T3 guilds clearing Karazhan on 3rd day while rich knowledgeable players will manipule AH in crazy ways since day 1.
Whats so special about someone dumping 100000 gold to get faster 70?

If it worked in actual TBC, then it should obviously also work in ClassicTBC  otherwise #NotMyClassic

Also, your math is wrong, you need a lot more coins than 23k to reach lvl 70

Just corpsecamp anyone trying to level that way, and they won’t get ahead of anyone.

Who cares how people level, not like it will take more than a day or two for anybody to reach 70 anyway.

People today: Buhu, nerf that thing so others who put down time/gold can’t do it, because I didnt invest in it.

Also people: Buhu, why didnt you add unarmored mounts so I could feel special with the least amount of effort possible.

Gee, I wonder why the game took the direction it did to a point where every Shaman wielded the Doomhammer etc …Zzzz.

The way other people level up is none of your business.

This would take so long to buy in also would take at least 5 hours if you can hand a quest in every 2 sec to go through that amount that’s assuming they stack indefinitely add trips to the bank it’s still going to take a while to 70

This happened exactly with classic as well? xD

Indeed, but not instantly. First 2-3 months were fine (apart from 10000 queues).

Clearing MC extremely fast happened.
It was cleared within first week of classic, right?

So somebody could sit on Yojamba isle and hand coins in all the way to 70…

Then they’d have to go back and do all the quests and dungeons that they skipped because of reputation requirements on attunements.

Doesn’t seem worth it to me.

The auto hand in addons can break 1 hand in person. You also hand in 3 at a time, so much closer to 2, and a bit hours. Which is an insane speed.

MC was cleared 6 days after release.

I’m starting to sound like a broken record, but once again this is only an issue for me if they bought the gold.

If you farmed 30k gold and spent it all on coins then more power to ya :kissing_heart:.

Like Miylee said, there is very little advantage to hitting lvl 70 in 2 hours with no rep or gear ot mats. What I find much more likely is melee cleaving and mage cleaving groups spamming dungeons to hit revered and get attuned within first 24 hours. The aoe is capped, but I guess it is still very much possible to chainpull groups of 20 or so mobs where the aoe cap doean’t really kick in too strongly.

Who cares anyway… getting to lvl 70 is nothing special anyway. People will do quest etc to farm reputations needed with various factions and start their kara attunement questline.

Rushing to 70 like that ok will give you some kind of achievment and maybe a small benefit but after a while it will not matter at all.

It is TBC anyway, relax. Its not some kind of super competitive game.
