So i just did a solo AB on my horde lock, it had a 19 min wait time and it took about 20 mins to win, it gave 220 honor.
using this:
2h weap: 38,250 honor
that means:
(38250 / 220) = 174 (rounded) wins
if we say each win was 20 mins and this is 100% win ratio
174 * 20 = 3480 minutes
factor in wait time oif 20 mins
174 * 20 = 3480 minutes
3480 + 3480 / 60 = 116 hours
= 4.8 days of solid AB with 100% win ratio, just for the 2hander, theres no chance of doing this in prepatch, it was posied as a way to help gear alts for leveling (plus its nice to get) the nerf feels far too harsh

stop making stupid nerfs and decisions, do u wanna kill prepatch pvp and the catch up it should have ? how damn stupid are u guys change it back or only do a x3-5 nerf… is it gonna be like this at lvl 70 also ? then you killed a very big part of the gam,e hardly any1 will do pvp GG u damn clowns

In 6 Weeks which was prepatch back then i couldve farmed a lot of Honor. Yes you were supposed to. History lesson: the whole honor system was changed (as you see) because ppl complained in classic about system and r14. So actually blizz gave everybode the chance to finally get their r14 gear if they play much this 6 weeks. As we see this goal is not achieved in classic tbc. This is f**** up. Stop defending this

First: If you want R13/14 gear you had almost 2 years to get it.
Second: It’s still easy to obtain you just have to nolife it for 1 or 2 weeks. You can’t expect to get a full set in 1 day lol… I am glad they nerfed it. Be happy with 1 or 2 big PVP items at the end of the prepatch. Otherwise just nolife it for 2 weeks and you have everything. You replace it in 3 lvls anyway.
Third(Horde) and since 90% is horde that’s crying here: If you want easy marks&honor maybe it’s time to stop turtling AV & other BGs. I understand you barely get honor & marks if you delay every single pvp match.
People always have something to cry about just play the game.

Maybe if Everyone Reports it as a Bug they’ll fix it, even if they go to a middle ground it would be better.
In https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mxV9c0O5JmI&t=196s this link blizzard provided as evidence and based their nerf upon you can clearly see a druid in raid gear and carrying a raid tier weapon. Are blizzard really this out of touch with their own game that they cant spot things like this ?

Let’s be honest here, the honor that we were getting before the “fix” was a bit too much. You could get r14 weapon in 10 AV’s or somesuch. It is objectively too much. If I were a game dev I’d probably reduce it by 2 or 3.
But not by the freaking 10 what the heck.

I f***ing cant believe i actually paid for a boost for this, should have just leveled for the launch and gotten the questreward gear in HF. Noone can grind the gear within two weeks with a normal life. How couldnt they nerfed it before the prepatch launch? This was up on the beta. It feels like such a god damn bait and switch.
This mentality lol, I bought a boost and now I want free gear :’)

its not about the free gear its the fact that this “fix” isnt inline with how the orginal prepatch was, the fact so many people were ready to grind it out or parts of it to shore up leveling gear, like for those boosted the 58 gear is horrible, they’re going to have a rough time going into HF and if they are indeed “new” players with no funds (as the 25g blizz gives is a joke honestly) it’s going to be rough and may turn players away when the get slapped by a bunch of imps.
Theres also the simple fact that people who have been playing for a while want the gear as it looks cool and for whatever reason couldnt get it pre the release.
If it’s accurate then you’re wrong. Because back in the day a lot of players were doing BGs.

20m queue for any bg and you have to add the time spent inside. That leads to 500 honor. And i require 13k for a big piece, that’s not enough time in two weeks to get a gear that will be replaced in the first day of tbc launch…
