Please reduce the amount of marks required for R14 gear

So then the people used this bug get banned or what ? Its still unfair alot of people got honor capped yesterday and rest did not… so its exploit of a bug m, fix it back or ban people used the bug

TBH no leave the system as is.

People who wanted R14 gear have put in the time and effort for it. I dont think reducing costs shows them players any respect at all and fact is if you dont have it, unlucky.

Yeah they did, in classic. This is TBC now. That should have no weighting now considering it can be bought with a new in game currency and the honour pvp system is updated.

lets face it in 3-4 weeks time is anyone gonna care about R14 gear?

low iq take

well apparently it was (their post + wowhead comments), but the prepatch was 2.5x longer. Happy to have a proof of the opposite to back up our case

So it was 1 week of values like yesterday then 30% reduction for the following 5 weeks.

Time? what time? 14 days of pre-patch VS original +40 days!!

You should get info before saying anything!!

Just won an Alterac Valleys with Galv dead and got 127 honor for it.
For weapons and only epic gear I need 129.795 honor.

So I have to WIN 1.023 Alterac Valleys within 13 days.
That is 79 AV wins per day / 3,3 AV wins per hour if you play 24 hours per day for 13 days.

Can someone at Blizzard HQ show me how the actual F to accomplish that?

Even as a sweaty tryhard this wont be possible.

/edit: got 82 honor for my 2nd AV (loss) so this will probably take several months to achieve.

The time before pre-patch when people was doing PVP to gain ranks and not just asks for free handouts from Blizz.

what I am saying here and please bear with me so you understand

I get that people have a real life, I get that people dont play wow for BGs but for those who have earned Rank 14 and got the gear from it before the pre-patch, show them some damn respect instead of asking for handouts.

again in 3-4 weeks time are you really gonna care about PVP gear or are you gonna be farming for BoJ/crafted/Raid gear instead? answer is no but i bet you be on here moaning that you have put in some effort to get a reward.

Its not working as intended lol! During original pre-patch players had the chance to grind this gear. Those who are R14 have the unique title…

during original pre-patch we also had world events…I do not see 1 forum topic about them being missing

In an era where nothing matters: meaning vanilla gear is obsolete for ppl playing in the tbc as they will replace it in 1-3 weeks period, why do you care about rank 14? They got the title and gear to show their worth. If they wanna have the r14 and play with it can stay on Classic Era. I still cant understand your thinking behind a 15 year old game especially when there is nothing to actually be preserved apart from your small brain that cant let ppl have farm in the modern era. (and dont get me wrong i advocate the no changes BUT giving 58 boosts and no way to gear them fast especially with the 2 WEEKS prepatch is retarded to say the least.)

I guess Blizzard can’t sleep at night when players are having fun.

Clearly your knowledge is very limited, there is world events right now and in regards to pvp gear in every expansion previous pvp gear becomes easily obtainable its nothing to do with having disrespect for the people who farmed it.

The people who farmed it reaped the benefits in Classic wow, this is no longer classic wow this is TBC classic wow so its nothing to do with disrespect its a catch up mechanism which especially helps people who boost characters or recently hit level 60. clearly you didnt get into the beta or have test a boosted character or a freshly dinged level 60, it is almost impossible to complete quests, oh wait you’re a hunter nvm…

simple question

what do players do with alts who have not been boosted but hit lvl 58 in a couple months time? are they gonna attempt the “almost impossible quests in outlands at lvl 58” or farm PVP gear?

I think they gonna move out outland and do the quests and gear up that way.

you’re actually delusional so in the prepatch newly dinged level 60s or boosted level 58s will farm catch up gear (the current honor gear) when the expansion launches most people who reach level 60 or boost 58 will probably buy a couple of pieces of gear of the AH to help them complete quests or dungeon spam if they even get invited.

The rank requirement is removed… why do you care if it takes 1 month vs 2 weeks to aquire it?

The unique factor of the R14 gear dissappeared with the rank removal…

No one cares about what the gear stands for, everyone just wants a catch up mechanic for gear so they aren’t dieing killing 1 boar in TBC questing, the R14 unique factor disappeared when you typed your name into selecting TBC

Minimal honor, BG disconnects/kicks, short pre-patch = Fantastic decisions being made.
