So I know a lot of you don’t care about PVP and that’s fine, but you can passively help out everyone who is pvping on your faction by installing 1 simple addon: HonorSpy.

The addon checks the honortab of people you target and sync it with everyone using the addon. The more people use the addon the more accurate the information is.

The accuracy of information is valuable because it helps determine how many spots there are in each bracket which can let your server’s rankers save a few weeks of grinding.

Also, it will help you, the casual player with telling you exactly which rank you willl be next week.

ie last week on Firemaw-Alliance we had 5500 people with more than 15hk on HonorSpy, whilst in reality it was closer to 6500 - this is like 2 more spots in the top bracket.

This person is a liar, in Classic pvp there are no friends, only enemies. The less your “friends” know about your honor standing the better it is for you.

Only use this addon on your alts to snipe other pvp rankers to prevent them from stealing your ranks and your gear

Unpopular opinion: You can’t get to rank 14 on your own… Also: Stacking brackets is a thing.

Alliance and horde don’t compete for ranks on the same realm, that’s just false.
Each faction compete internally for ranks, certainly. That does, however, not dimish the objective value for everyone in a faction to know what the active player pool is that is used for bracket size calculation.

Then I don’t get the value of your initial comment. Honorspy doesn’t favour anyone in a faction, it just provides more information?

Well i wasn’t talking to you anyways. If you scroll up you can clearly see it was an answer targetted at Raydan. I use honorspy myself as I want to know how far and where my effort will get me.

You’re asking me to help out the very people that have made the game absolutely unplayable for me. No… not happening. I hope all their lowbie ganking has all been in vain, just as their behaviour has made my leveling a character all in vain.

please, dont join guilds like PROGRESS (where this guy is in on firemaw)
that feels the need to BREAK EVERY MORALE POSSIBLE.

these guys tryhard and participate in mafia’s, they work together with horde guild called NEWGEN.

i wouldnt be surprised you guys wintrade honor aswell !

if you feel the need to be a special snowflake and find ways to abuse the game, then perhaps go back to retail or just quit?

now your moaning about HONOR, such thing you and your guild doesnt even have.

ppl like you destroy this game and its sad that anyone participate in these kind of guilds to gain advantage over others in such ways.

blizzard needs more monitoring of such guilds like this PROGRESS guild.
