but ultimately the reason the horde is better then the alliance is that we got a cool song what does the alliance have nothing

Alliance are just better.
I was Horde in BFA and most of SL.
Then with Dragonflight i finally made the move to alliance.
I hated Ogrimmar. I hated all the horde races except blood elves and Vulpera. I hated the music as well.
The only reason i was there was for the bigger community. Now with cross faction grouping that issue has been resolved.
I very much enjoy grouping up in WM
Fly around and gank orcs and trolls.

Not in PvP. Check random bgs or Rated PvP ranking 
blood elves are also short next to me.

Well, imagine that Neltharion would not have intervened, helping the orcs to get the Dragon’s soul, allowing them to dominate the dragons: you would be extinct as soon as the second war began, when the fleet where 80% of your army was located was attacked by Kultiras’s navy and the ships of the horde could not even defend themselves.
Still, orcs are legendary

First mistake. Was not drugged but demon blood. This only unlocked within the Orcs what was already there. The evidence of this is Durotan murdered his family Frost Wolf having gave into the berserk rage within.
Technically Guldan shenanigans contributed to their defeat. Their Warchief at the time Doomhammer sent Horde forces to try and kill Guldan. But the demons got to him first. But needless to say Turalyon took the broken blade of Anduin Lothar and the defeated Horde was shown mercy whereas when the Horde win their captives are food for the Fel.
Embers of old hatred having been at war. The Blood Elves addiction to magic was never cured.
Victory came at a high cost. There are more Alliance refugees despite their military power. Horde were once again led down a path Horde don’t all agree on.
In their defence. Guldan ONLY cares for power and Guldan.
Grom Hellscream was a weak leader a puppet at best.
Thrall did see to their founding and gave them a purpose, He learned what he can from the time he spent as a slave / gladiator but he did become their leader and turned them from being remnants into a superpower.
Voljin kept the Horde together when Garrosh dreaming of the old days of the Orcish Horde could have torn them apart, Manipulation by the spirits (Mostly bad writing for the Sylvannas/Shadowlands expansion) so to facilitating this.
Sylvannas her fan base among the players is too big, A lot did not accept the bad storywriting of Shadowlands. A character that was always in the shadows and behind the scenes was put front and centre.
Warmode changed pvp in the sense that now it is just zerg fests where players depend on numbers than on actual skill.
There is also player population that factors into that. Perhaps you’re on an Alliance majority realm?
You only see what you want to see. If the Alliance performed another genocide against the races of the Horde it would only take a few years before they started to killing eachother.
The Alliance needs the Horde so they can justify their warmongering and genocides.

They only need the Horde to justify the very existence of the Alliance; without it there would be no reason to stay together
Frankly lot of races would do better without the Alliance

And the whole deal with Van cleef kinda shows the true face of humans…not to mention how Arthas almost wiped us all out ofcourse…
