well then why arent you happy with just 18s then if like you say you are not good enough ?
its ok to be "not good enough " . there is nothing wrong with it.
you found your own “glass celling” and what is healthy now is to make a decission - do i really want to push higher ?
if yes ? well then you gotta put in effort
if not ? then at the end of season you will be like 3 itlv below person who put in hundreds of hours more then you - the only thing you will miss is teleports and transmog
but you gotta ask yourself - are those rewards worth those hundreds of hours and stress ?
for me not - but maybe for you they are.
its ok that people who put effort get more rewards then others who dont.
I didn’t say I was unhappy with 18s. I can’t commit to more, but most importantly don’t want to.
I’ve just pointed out that I used to get more/better rewards before for the same weekly game time.
I agree with everything in that post of yours.
I’m happy right now, even though sometimes it gets frustrating (but not enough for me to stop). I just thought that, based on this personal feeling, some could be in the same position and might not be happy with it, which end up causing them to leave.
I’m quite confidant that more people will be able to time 20s in subsequent tiers, mostly because for an average ilvl we have more stats than in the first tier of an expansion.
I was not there in the begining of SL, so you’ll have to tell me if people used to time the same amount of 15s in the 1st season than in the 4th.
I have not scrolled down. When I do, I expect to see the usual assortment of brown noses telling you how wrong you are and how vibrant the servers are. Personally, yesterday evening, not too late, there were 2 players in the Valdrakken AH; I was the second one.
rbg is dead and will always be dead unless we get a solo queue for that.
solo queue has had such long queues since its start because theres not enough healers.
The world has been empthy since day one of the expansion. Thanks to blizzards sharding
But yeah people do move on after the game as been out for a while since they have seen everything. People generally come back for a while for a major content patch
I have tried other things. Other games.
They catch me for tops a day or two (Hogwarts Legacy recently; 70h already in it).
I never limit myself, my depression and apathy does – I just do not enjoy things.
It’s not being stuck in WoW for me, nor is it me preventing myself from trying things: I just do not enjoy things.
WoW used to be my go to to avoid thinking and feel like I am getting stuff done, like I have goals that “matter”.
I don’t anymore.
That’s just it.
I got what i wanted out of this season.
KSH and Curve.
Overall it’s been really fun. I leave because i accomplished what i wanted and not out of sheer frustration.
Towards the end, gear progression got slow and i just couldn’t be bothered trying to push +20 even though i might be able to.
My guild is more or less also done, we’re not big enough to have a 20 people raid team.
So our mythic raid progression is done as well.
BFA is the hardest expansion to farm reputations and hard WQs.
Imagine the new players who started playing during Dragonflight and gets disapointed so hard when they become lvl 30 and buying flying skill, but then it confuses so much for the new players that BFA still requires pathfinders
This is cringe while the shadowlands and the newest expansion (aka Dragonflight) can be flyable, doesn’t mean BFA stays locked behind reputations, it must be removed in 10.0.7 or 10.1
