Its called Voiceover. Addon is like 2 weeks old
It adds voice for NPC when you talk to them. Reads all the text in the NPC voice.
From my sources something like that was tried in the past and Blizz served them C&D letters with court and all that.
So go on Blizz, go after them. Thats something you excel at. Chasing people that improve your game.
If it’s an addon then it will be fine but if it contains an .exe then it’s not fine.
Blizzard will never see your post so make a suggestion ingame.
Edit: Having looked at it I can see that it only contains mp3 files.
Voiceover is a great addon, pls dont remove it Blizzard. It makes the game way way way better.
Also, just make your own AI voiceover for classic wow and then ban the unofficial one, but not before 
You mean to tell me that there are currently players, that read through the NPC dialoque instead of auto accepting it? I find that hard to believe.
This is a very stupid clickbait thread, and even if it’s supposed to be sarcastic I don’t like it one bit.
I’ve tried the addon, and it is AMAZING. Once it matures a little (there are some quests unvoiced, some nagging little bugs), I fully plan to do a new character and play through classic for the story. So many quests just auto-accepted in the past without ever bothering to read…
hm not for me, but id like the voice pack of verycoolguy (if possible) that would be sick.
