Prayer to Blizzard

Hear our call, oh Blizzard! Today I speak through the mouths of thousands and thousands of your faithful followers; through the lips of those who, like you, have left their souls in the Warcraft universe. I carry a word from the people, and with all my heart I believe that this word will reach the one to whom it should reach. Because it is important.

Not everything that you do, dear Blizzard, meets our desires, it is true. But there is something that will undoubtedly be positively received by the vast majority of your followers. I’m talking about the ability to change the appearance of your character in the classic version of World of Warcraft.

People make mistakes. People change. The world is changing. What seemed like a good decision yesterday may hinder the achievement of new goals tomorrow. Players experience their adventures, make their small discoveries, and only God knows what lies ahead … Appearance in the vast majority of cases reflects the essence of the character (and even the person), but here, in the world of warcraft, it cannot change with the master.

Oh, Blizzard … People become one with their character, and it hurts them, because the character cannot change with them. A new start? Can a person who has put his soul into something take and leave it, lock it, delete it, destroy it? Forget it? He can not. And should not.

World of Warcraft is a game that has absorbed all the cornerstones of true RPGs. Legend. Icon. Isn’t the titan with cold hands that holds this beautiful world on his shoulders the second decade capable of such little magic? Such little magic that in no way can discredit the spirit of true Vanilla.

This decision will not affect the game balance. Give us joy, oh Blizzard, and we will gladly give you both love and money. This is what is commonly called the “Pareto-optimal solution” in the economy — a case where everyone wins at once. And how easy it is! People believe and wait with bated breath. And I believe with them. Hear our common prayer.

My friends! Do not let this call sink into oblivion. Your discussions and likes are something that can help our dear Blizzard turn its eyes to us. Together we can make our favorite game a little better!

highly doubt blizzard will care about this even tho they would earn Money on it… they just dont care tbh

I am pretty sure you only talk for you self and maybe a handful.

Is this genuine troll, or OP just does not like purple hair…
jokes aside.

I would gladly welcome it in classic, why not, as you said, it wont hurt anything, since there is hardly any , server - player , identity( refering to rivalily on servers. WPvP / BG PvP ). But what I find funny is, that appearance is just hair + max some facial features. It does not change the most visible things - armor
I always chuckle when I see mighty paladins, protectors of the light, bane of scourge, in pyjamas

Throughout the centennial war, France prayed and believed that a savior would come. And she came

If you really want it, you can make a truly unique character even using such a meager set of personalization. Believe me. I spent a lot of time on RP servers and I know what I’m saying!
