ClassicPremade just help to queue together. Even if all will use simple voice commands or DBM Timer - they will have same result.
Horde should wait AV from 12 to 20 min, they can’t use this trick, but Alliance with their instant queue - they can make tons of queues and when most members get same AV ID they can join… May be better to make that if you too often queue and decline - set cooldown on queue?

Addons just make things faster, it is easily doable without them. The only way you can prevent ally from queueing as premade is just making their queue time much longer than instant. Not gonna happen tho.
Technically speaking it is directly bypassing game mechanics so it should be a bannable offence, however they have never really enforced this rule in forever so don’t expect this to be patched.

prioritize pre v pre.
increase rep & honor gain in pre v pre to avoid abusing synchronized single player queue.
scrap the classic wow rank system for one which awards skillful teamplay. (rbg like wsg&ab.

no one who has actually played vanilla in the past 13 years wanted “no changes”. all good private server had minors changes, but far more are needed to make it a decent game in 2019.

The rest of the suggestions are going way too far off the reservoir.
Because even if you increase the honor/rep gains in premade vs. premade, you don’t seem to be aware of a certain Russian cultural norm that emerged over the years in retail.
It became a thing of pride to get the most HKs as possible on a single char. No reason for it. No rewards for it. It just became a social badge of pride for them.
There’s no guarantee that wouldn’t happen with the rest of your suggestions.
Also, people don’t balance their options between queuing solo or only sticking to a premade ONLY based on honor/rep. It’s mainly decided by honor/rep per hour.
And if the queue would then be limited to premade vs. premade, then the fights would take longer more often than in pug vs. pug.
So the bypassing of the premade limitation in the game would still likely become a better option for those gains per hour.
It’d upset the reward scheme too much if Blizzard would go out of their way to “overpower” those gains per hour by including the average time for a bg in a premade vs. premade queue.
That’s why it’s better to just enable queuing as a raid and leave it at that.
I agree that your suggestion is a better system. It’s close to retail rated system, i don’t know how it will be received by the player base.

Ah yeah make your queues longer.
Horde can’t premade in AV due to the 15-20min queues where the Allies got instant queues. If you can’t understand that, there’s no helping you.
