this topic is just so ridiculous.
1 player who leads the Bg is enough to win.
You just want a free win.
If premades split up and there are multiple leaders then you lose every game not just every 10th.
there is currently not a single 40 man premade.
What Skill difference do you have to have in RBG compared to normal BG?
If you know how to manage your character in BG and you know the strategies, you don’t need anything other than a good group that is constant for RBG.
In my case, since I do not have a fixed schedule, when I have needed to raise the rating, I have resorted to the arenas, where I only need to combine schedules with 1 or 2 people
Since you like talking about the skill of others, show your retail’s character so we can see your records in Arena/rbg
Let me also remind you that many of the people who make premades with me have +2.6k rating in RBG, for example, the leader of our community, so your argument would be completely invalid with a high % of the members of our community
Just stalk me like you normally do, if you want that stupid discussion going on!
So, you confirm your whole reason to premade into randoms is “bullying” and feeling good about roflstomping undergeared people.
You could have said that in the beginning and the need for a discussion would have been gone.
I can’t see anything from Classic character. You haven’t even armory. That’s why you post from a classic char, to hide what you don’t want them to see that could be used against you.
Perhaps if you learned to read what has already been said several times in the thread, it could save me having to repeat myself.
I’m starting to think you’re just trolls, And the best thing is not to feed the trolls.
How could this be used against me?
I’m discussing about premades. You are completely blank in every discussion and trying to find another way to “win” on the internet which in your world is “LOL BUT YOU HAVE ONLY X ACHIEVEMENTS” and don’t even try to argue like a grown up person.
That’s the same reason you run premades. You care what other think of your ingame achievements which I don’t because I want to have some fun in a game. I don’t have much fun by roflstomping noobs - that’s why I’d never premade.
You are deceiving yourself. You don’t have to premade to have good players in PvP, you don’t have to be Horde to have a 50%+ winrate. That’s just you thinking everyone else except you is bad while you refuse to git gud all the time and prefer going premade.
As I said that discussion isn’t worth having.
Yeah, i care that much that I only got 8175.
well i’d argue with that ![]()
You are showing me that you have no idea what you are talking about. xD
I invite you to play, just you and me, in epic BG one day, and lets see if we can win the 50% Or even 30%.
I am willing to make that sacrifice in exchange for proving my point of view.
Things are proven with facts, If you’re not interested, we’re done and there’s nothing more to talk about.
What facts?
BG were always 50:50 between Horde and Alliance when it’s random vs. random. Of course some BG were a bit of, but none was extremely one-sided.
The sample size and “feeling of statistics” is the problem here. I can log in and lose 3 games in a row and suddenly “Horde is bad” because I recently lost 3 games, but if I play a whole season it’s always an almost 50% ratio.
Here is a rather good thread about it:
That never changed since classic.
And by going full premade you’ll make this alot worse for everyone. The majority of players in WoW (those that don’t pvp for rating) play 2-3 bg a day, maybe with a friend or two, but mostly alone. They want to have some fun and they win some and they lose some.
With them fighting a premade where they get farmed there is no fun and so no reason to queue another game. This is true for both factions and that’s why Blizzard tries for years to stop premades from fighting randoms.
And I already know exactly what answers I’ll get now “But what about my fun”. Sorry, but if your fun is being Real Madrid and play 6y olds on your local pitch than you definition of fun is off.
Not the epic ones. The epic are like 20-80 since BFA
And when you want I show you
Stats from WOD show your stament is false.
Yeah, do you know why? Premades.
A premade group completely destroys this balance. The more people queue into a premade the more people stop playing those battlegrounds.
That was the case in, I think it was Cataclysm or WotLk, when Horde started premades too to prevent Alliance rushes in Alterac Valley.
Example.
That was the first time Blizzard tried to stop premades in PvP, the second time was with banning addons that allowed premade queues and finally a year ago in Classic again.
Wait, I thought the horde never did premades. ![]()
Let’s get to the point. Whenever you want we play 10 epic bgs and see the result
I never said that, did I?
I just say premades are killing the game. The reason for that Horde premades was that Alliance used them and played Alterac in less than 5 minutes. That killed a lot of the honor farm premades and premades in general - for a half expansion.
Because I said “Blizzard doesn’t want Premades in BG”, here is a hint from an addon programmer.
Blizzard released a patch for WoW Classic today which removed the ability to determine the AV instance that “pops” for you when you queue for “First Available”. As expected, this throws a wrench into the works of addons like AVQ. It is now possible to queue up to 5 people simultaneously using the standard Blizzard AV UI, which is great news for the average player. I’m still investigating the best options to queue with more than that, but it doesn’t look like a “quick fix” is possible.
I’m getting tired of all this talk. Do you accept my proposition or do you not accept it?
As previously discussed. People who play premades to delberately HK farm and GY camp with their discord “friends” do so in part to ruin and make it an absolute misery for those of us who only really have time for 4-5 randoms of an evening…
I know exactly how it worked. My point is that we dont have that equivalent now, unless you know any different…?
You’re stating that Alliance lose most bg’s and the only stats you seem to have is personal experience? Unless a stats website actually exists? Personal experience isnt a statistic.
I’ve played 12 Battlegrounds today playing horde…I’ve lost 12. BUT that still isnt evidence that Horde Lose most battlegrounds, its just my experience today…
We only do that in Tarren vs South shore because the objetive is 150 kills.
In anothers bgs, like alterac, IOC we just play objetives (Burn towers and go boss, or destroy the gates…).
Most of EPICS bgs.
Alliance is terrible in EPICs BGs. Absolutely everybody, including the players of the opposing faction, have been saying it since BFA
I’ll make the same proposition to you as to the gnome. Whenever you want, the two of us can enter EBG without premade and see the results after 5-6 rounds
YOU might do that. If a premade plays the objectives its less annoying, at least its a quick loss and not a waste of 45 mins of my time…
Even so, meeting that premade in Tarren/southshore 6 times in a row is soul destroying. It still makes the game a misery for many people…
I believe you that form your perspective you see alliance losing most EBG’s. But if you ask horde players they might tell you they lose more EBG’s too.
I’ve lost 11 EBG’s and two normal bg’s today, but that doesnt mean there havent been days when I’ve won 10 BG’s in a row. Its all personal experience and unless we have actual stats theres no real way of knowing who loses most.
Going back to the original topic though, premades who farm and GY camp, whether theyre Alliance OR Horde ruin the game for many people. People who wanto to enjoy a few random BG’s but just end up quitting…
EDIT: So 14th BG of the day and just got my 1st win and guess what…?
I only won by accidentally joining half way through a Russian HORDE premade in Ashran. The Allaince team lost 167-0 and the Marshall died.
I honestly felt bad for the Allaince players who had to endure that with 0% chance of winning and quite a few other Horde players were saying the same thig in chat…
How would one go about joining your community? returning player from legion looking for people to BG with.
