I’ve tried to unlock Spirit of Eche’ro mount but Archaeology trainer in Dalaran is not giving me the quest to talk to Lessah Moonwater who gives Laying to rest quest. What’s the problem.

the Archaeology quests are on a two week cycle!
Currently the quest that is offered is Fragments of the Fjords, so I would suggest that you look up an Archaeology guide to find out when exactly the quest for the Spirit of Eche’ro may be offered.
