Character boost and blizzard support being disrespectful

So, a friend of mine gifted me a character boost ( Sesame in french ). I accepted it. It was the 9th of october. I still can’t use it. That’s my conversation with the obvious bot. You can’t add screenshots so i’m gonna copy and paste the answer from the bot. I want you to acknowledge that i submitted a screenshot of my character selection menu with the xp boost icon missing and another screenshot of my gift history. I can’t post screenshot so i will say that i know where i need to look for the character boost, it’s next to my race change token icon ( i have one ). I received the gift the 9 we’re the 14. Can i have help ? Can i have someone look into it. It doesn’t show up on character creation menu, it doesn’t show up on my character list. I see on my bnet account that i have it. I don’t. I can’t use it. I’m on the good server. With all my characters.
