I cannot get the classic ptr copy to work. Everytime I click copy account, it says copy failed. I’ve tried to copy over multiple days. Is there a blizzard support article or anything I can do?

No they cannot do anything, PTR is unsupported. You can only report it as a bug INGAME!!! Nowhere else.
Could you at least try to be a bit less annoying? You rarly add something of value.
As for your problem Deodu, I had the same problem with copying my characters onto the PTR since MOP. There’s a workaround tho (at least it works/worked for me). Copy Charakter -> Europe -> click on cancel as soon as the “Are you sure you want to copy your LIVE account data to this TEST account?” dialog appears -> select your character and click on copy. You might have to repeat it a few time for it to work.

You mean the truth isn’t of value?
I had the same problem and solved it by clicking “Copy”, not “Copy account data”. The copy button is greyed out until you actually select a character.

Yeah I jumped the gun and posted this before really understanding what the issue was. Instead of copying my entire account, I just selected the toon I wanted to copy and it works fine.
Copy individual characters.
