After playing the Hardcore PTR and having a lot of fun on it … i dont care about the new PvP server that will be up soon.
So i just wanna keep playing Hardcore Classic/woltk … but where?
What servers are we doing this.
I am EU so not US … anyone can tell me?
The PvE-RP servers were/are the “unofficial” home of those running the hardcore addon.

No not yet. The PTR is like a beta/stress test with official servers launching soon/later.
You will find most people on the PvE-RP realms are playing hardcore, the rest are a make up of legit roleplayers and trolls looking to grief the HC guys.
Yes … and waiting for HC people to leave. Want my realm back! Please.
Why make more than one post about a test realm?

I mean you can RP and HC at the same time. The reason someone trolling is because HC invaded the RP realm an despise their ruleset, yet demand that everybody followed theirs.
Don’t be silly, while that may be a reason for some of the trolling it’s not the reason.
I did feel a bit bad for the RP guys who probably had quite a chill server only for it to be suddenly overrun… but I guess that’s one of the reason HC dedicated realms are a good thing.
Even if Черница says it not so nicely, she is rigth. RP realms are made with ekstra rules for RPing purposes, like names, how to act and so on. The HC people do not listen to theses rules. Their namings is atrocious, and they are jumping, despising and disrupting PR - not all of course, but enough of them to be a real PITA.
And if you want play an immortal toon, they demand you use their rules. This make for much animosity.
In beginning it was not much so, few addon players, civilized, inclusive and open for others. But they turned majority, arrogant and exclusive. The old crew mostly disappeared. Among this many nice people and was replaced with harsh, go go go people deriding all not playing their way.
If addon players felt some not so nice vibes from the original inhabitants of HW I not wonder. I just pulled away, and only open mouth now.
Oh I understand their point I was just saying that’s not the reason for trolling/griefing on the server…any server. There is no real single reason, the best I can give you is “because they can”.
A big contributing factor to both issues was likely the influx from streamer exposure. It caused a mass amount of people to try the HC addon, it also caused a lot of server transfers from 60’s looking to have some fun griefing all the HC lowbies. It is what it is.
I do hope the RPers get their server(community) back though.
I will reroll there once the HC are up. Atm there is no point in playing non HC there. The HC players are so many they totally ruin all. We can accept non RPer, but it’s nice if you at least don’t have a name like Ikillnoobs or something else stupid. But not only do they have stupid names, they don’t group and don’t trade, overcrowds lvl 1-20 and most also have a nasty attitude, (though a few are nice), specially against RP wich is the realm they CHOOSE to be on.
Yes please. We want those pest gone.
