There’s never been an effort to reconcile the almighty free will with the constants of fate either and that’s one big elephant in the room given all the talk of destiny, prophecy, things foretold in the rings (whatever those are), freaking time travel and the fact that alt-draenor’s known figures were seemingly pushed toward the paths of their prime timeline counterparts.

Reminds me of the burning of Teldrassil
For me it represents the moment that she tried to powerslide up to Arthas and got stabbed.
So when the jailer restores her soul she wakes up mid power slide and is just caught with an overwhelming sense of how utterly dumb what she just did was.

At what point does Metzen refuse to do any VO for Thrall because he’s ashsamed to be involved.
Tbh I could hold in a ton of shame for the right amount of money.

After the cinematic came out and some idiot threatened Golden for her possible involvement in the writing the story, Metzen announced his support for her by saying that he loved her work and admired her courage for sharing the stories that she had made.
So, it’ll be a long time until Metzen will step down from voicing Thrall.

Use the weird Shadowlands time dilation ad an excuse to do a soft timeskip and gentle reboot of the setting. Make an expansion that updates the old world with several zones on each continent there for endgame.
Instead of big bads, have numerous stories about problems/baddies faced by the races/factions. Bring back the atmosphere of vanilla, both factions at peace but mischief abound.
