It’s her backpiece, so it is likely her quiver. I love that it basically grants us her Q HotS ability.

Nice that they might be finally coming, but I remember petitioning for them to be added way back in the WotLK beta because they had put them on an NPC.
Why it takes them so long to add features that people have been asking for forever baffles me.
