I smell a frost mage.
In due time, all challenges shall bow down before me. But for now yes, frost.
The sword?
Yea! That was what I meant😔
If only there was a place where you could get all the gear you want. A convergent space where you can be anything you want ~ an Y but with a different vowel so-to-speak…
But yeah, that sword is amazing and they should have been introduced it but I so far I’m happy with the Timewalking feature. For once it actually feels meaningful rather than something you farm for mounts 10/10
People @Scarletleaf21 mentioned can reply
If only they found a way to add the hundreds of unused recolours and unique models of armor and weapons that are used by NPCs or unused in the gamefiles to the game…
:grumble:
Is there a single person working for Blizzard or married to their employees who doesn’t shift the blame on someone else and admit that their product is trash?
It took them nothing to rework the Nightborne and add most of their weapons in a minor update. I doubt it’s this insane effort.
Again, they should place emphasis on the world as a whole, not their latest patch in which you have to kill x10 rare NPCs to have a 1% chance to get a mount and call this pseudo-thing “content”.
The more I read that Copeland tweet the funnier it gets and I can’t quite put my finger on why. It’s got this mix of angry parent and Saul Goodman energy.
Well either Copeland decided to write every single character involved like that, personally, or the entire team decided that this was the right way to do things, and no other way, together
I’m not sure which is worse
Lmao.
Alright, BRING IN THE DADDY JOKES
Can someone post the gist of it here? I’m not reading that wall of text spread between umpteen short posts on the world’s least readable website since Time Cube.
What is this? What are you doing my son?
Succeeding you…Daddy.
In short, the Incubus NPC is voiced by the same VA as Terenas Menethil in WoTLK.
Which makes anyone inclined to make daddy jokes.
Edit : Ah, my bad Lintian.
No, I meant the Copeland tweet about Exploring Kalimdor.
His wife wrote a lengthy tweet about that she understands why people are not pleased with it, but also saying that none of the blame is on him at all, but Blizzard, since they decided what he could write about or not, forcing him to narrow down on what they wanted.
Some responses to the tweet chain does say that while that is true about what things he could elaborate on, some choices are completely his own, including wording of things, and how much detail he would/does give to things like goblins having long noses and focus on more antisemitic portrayals of them.
Also the zekhan/Lor’themar stuff and troll being illiterate seem to be his own choice to add.
Edit: As Ortellus pointed out as well, she has put it so only people she directly mention are allowed to reply. Initially this wasn’t the case, meaning she has deliberately blocked replies unless pre-approved by her in terms of that she decides who can response now.
Copeland on pure copium rn.
It’s not that WoW as a setting has aged poorly. It’s that the people who make the narrative decisions haven’t seem to have aged at all and are still in fact in the process of growing up.
this too yeah
“It wasn’t me”
“I only follow orders”
“I just do what people tell me to do”
the list goes on
“We hear you. And we’re listening*”
