PTR Spoiler/Discussion Thread (Part 1)

Genn might die, not from old age but just from getting too angry one day and blowing out his heart.

You forgot Sylvanas.

Only the main timeline counts. The threads of alternate selves, alternate souls, are just stuffing. Must feel great for the mag’har from deleted not-draenor.

How dare you speak truth!

as it should be.

She heroically sacrifices herself at the end of shadowlands to become the jailer of the jailer.

We were doomed from the start because the Maw has been drinking all souls from all worlds for over a year, swelling the jailer’s army to an unstoppable tsunami that’s poised to sweep away everything in an instant.

Having us roll in the dirt in Ardenweald or whatever, wasting time before the end only happens because it amuses the jailer. A gracious god is he.

For some reason he needs Azeroth’s world soul. Probably as seasoning for the victory pizza party.

You take that back this instant and wash out your mouth will soap!

Disagree, would make much more sense than Thrall and Jaina being there lmao

Never!

yes but I like it when the forums are on fire so any perceived slight against Tyrande resulting in forum arson is a win for me.

i still think ‘haha what if we made the story even lamer so people will be mad it’ll be xd’ is a whack stance to take, even more so when its all in favor of Danuser’s continued antics for it

The systematic destruction of Warcraft 3 Night Elves over the course of WoW’s lifespan has been equal parts amusing and horrifying to be fair.

yo but here’s a question. if the legion exist in all timelines, presumably that is because sargeras does. does that mean all titans exist across all timelines, therefore there is only one of them?

does that then mean there can only be one azeroth? did the line about our garrosh being the only bad one refer to him being good for the Horde in other timelines? if so, how are there multiple azeroths if there is only one titan?

someone help me out here i’m in pain and i think i’m overthinking this

This is why time travel and multiverse plots are, to put it politely, usually an absolute sack of :poop:.

It’s not that the Legion exists in all timelines, its demons that do. There are, presumably, some non-Legion affiliated demons.

Now Sargeras is probably a one-and-done because he’s the big demon boss. Maybe.

But there’s, apparently, lots of titans.

You think that since Aman Thul’s got pro time powers they could just team up and easily overpower Sargeras since there’s innumerable titans and only one of him but uhhhh shut up

There is no answer because the explanation is fundamentally flawed.

follow up question:

if it happens that there are multiple azeroths. are we saying that sargeras and the legion only focused on our version, or did he get dunked on by literally every iteration of azeroth
