Isn’t that pretty much what the log-in screen is and always has been though? A short introduction to the theme of the expansion with some bombastic tunes to hype it up?

No. This isn’t ‘rich’. This is throwing everything and the kitchen sink together and hoping it comes out cohesive, and it doesn’t.
And login screen music is usually thematic as you said, and a medley of tunes in the expac. Usually they’re done relatively well, with a range of styles from slow to fast paced. This was annoying and otherwise forgettable.
It’s almost as if we’re listening to two completely different pieces.
Opinions are funny.
Pretty sure Nozdormu wasn’t even present during the War of the Ancients either, it was Soridormi who represented him at the time

There’s some strained faux hype in the dialogue as Nozdormu goes on about how the dracthyr are the bestest, strongest, most unique race Azeroth has seen in ages just take his word for it, in fact they could even be stronger than the aspects and they’re very cool and don’t at all look like a cellar skink you’d find eating bugs at 2 am.
Big of Deathwing to depict himself as a roided out human while all his siblings take the forms of a race of elves that won’t exist for another 3000 years.

I interpreted that more as in the dracthyr have the potentional to grow as strong, if not stronger, than dragonkind, not as them potentionally able to be stronger then Aspects.
