And I will fight any cancer-stricken child who takes issue with it.

I agree but would go even further and rephrase it as non-North American voice actors.

Speaking of; one of my recent favourites is Ellie Kendrick as Taelia, but then I also wouldn’t expect anything less from the Meera Reed.

Uhm… :grimacing:

Based on that moonshiner Anduin talks to in Shadows Rising, they ought to hire some Southerners to voice Westfallites.

Those westfall redneck moonshiners are always fighting with the West Country cider makers across the border in Elwynn.

It’s like Samwise Gamgee vs Slim Pickens.

Danuser can’t understand that the Good Guy with Time Superpowers has an Evil Self from a future Alternate Timeline that travels back in time into the Good Guy’s timeline to do villain things…

This stuff happens in saturday morning cartoons all the time, children can comprehend these things.

I would love to witness Danuser trying to comprehrend Dragonbreaks and Elder Scrolls lore. Just to see his brain overheat and liquify.

I am unironically willing to GoFundMe Blizzard to give them a writer and the ability to never ever ever ever write Old God or Void Lore ever again. By Aman’Thul it is becoming increasingly ridiculous how many expansions in a row the Void keeps entirely hijacking to make it about incredibly boring reddit whispers meant only to appeal to a twitter audience who think Blizzard planned it all ten years in advance.

I am so sick of Void Lore

The current modern writing of WoW holds no reverence to the past of the game, they proved it by wearing it as a skinsuit during Shadowlands. It’s continuously proved with the Nelf genocide in Teldrassil as they don’t wanna deal with it in any significant manner, they did a biggie but aren’t treating it as a biggie and the downstream consequences and changes, it’s was just a vehicle for whatever they fancied at that time.

Void Lore is little more than vagueposting. I appreciate speculations and stuff but cynical me is just asking for something solid, dare I say consistency? I join the sentiment of Meron above, the whole whispers thing is nigh the status of being marketing for a product that doesn’t exist yet.

Man, I like this franchise but there’s some serious lackluster things and no meat where they should be something to bite on.

Aman’thul would know the bad aspects will be defeated and replaced. Nozdormu just gets Velen’s prophet disorder where he vaugely knows what’s to come and what we must do to get there, but also incredibly specific things as convenient to the plot.

The consistent feature of chaos is that it’s unpredictable and self contradictory. The inconsistency is the consistency. Thus it cannot be comprehended by the sane.

Just like in warhammer.

Unfortunately this makes it an extremely boring narrative tool in practice, because it means that as soon as one spies some purple sparkles or a tentacle they may freely assume all plot cohesion will fall apart for one or several patches.

They’ll flesh out the Void beyond sinister vaugeness when knaifu returns. I predict it will be divisive, as is the nature of the beast.
