Yes thereās facilities on all of them, arguably all of them more important than places like Uldaman as well given that one of them is helping stop Azeroth blow up at current.

Iām blaming Blizzard on being lazy and using WOTLK models for the map again. Youād think they would have updated it already.

Zandalar has Uldir, their monstrous and immoral testing facility where they experimented on the revered loa.
The Broken Isles is where the five pillars of creation were kept, it had the Halls of Valour stuff with Odyn.
Pandaria had a number of them, including the Engine of Nalakāsha which āis part of a titan structure spanning the entirety of Pandaria.ā
The Empire is admittedly not something we know about yet but come on thereās almost certainly gonna be a thing there. Thereās titan facilities everywhere. Canāt walk five feet without tripping over one.

I think however it may be removed if you intend to do it in Chromie time and not because Iām 70 on the character and just want the campaign.
EDIT: So basically, removed for levelling purposes but can still do it on a 70-80 to skip the levelling campaign.
This is the location of the priest mount quest/paladin stuff from Legion right?
