It’s how you get horde humans. Then team blue gets… uh… ![]()
Blue Orcs.
Times change.
(Nah but tbh I’m about as far from unbiased as can be + starved for orcs asides from Thrall in the story.)
Grimtotem separatists?
Btype2 dracthyr are essentially human females already.
From the same bsky account, we seeing Nightborne glaives?

I’ve a sad deja vu regarding those…
Some of the datamined Arathi stuff is good. Spoilers;

My buddy Joseph here is making me feel all fuzzy and happy inside.
He dies first, of course.
From the same bsky account, Kul Tiran coats seem to be in the works as well. With the typical “it’s the PTR” disclaimer of course, but I expect many would enjoy these.
Looks so comfy. I have craved these and will wear this if avaliable.
I mean, I like the AU Mag’har and my orc is one, but it feels confusing to see them here instead of the original orcs of Hammerfall. For all that Thrall arbitrarily shows up everywhere, he’s pertinent here - growing up in an internment camp, witnessing Orgrim Doomhammer’s death, symbolically wearing his armour, and all of that.
Looking through the leaks: we’re back, Forsakenbros.
Oh I don’t disagree that there’s an odd absence of the original orcs, at least from what we’ve gleaned so far. Hells - the Frostwolves of Alterac aren’t that far away geographically speaking, so I’d absolutely hope that they have an emissary at Hammerfall at the very least.
It’s curious that the mag’har seem to inherit this plot thread, but if I’m being entirely honest, I think the writers needed to do something with them and saw this as the path of least narrative resistance.
That armoured slime horse is something alright. Also worthy of note, is that the Forsaken clearly aren’t done with the Dark Lady iconography.
Actually, seeing it from the lighting of some other Bluesky posts, I am not entirely sure if it’s slime or if it’s magic. Can be taken as both, I suppose. We’ll have to hear the sound effects to really tell.
Be it one choice or another, I quite like that it isn’t just a third skeletal warhorse remake - though I would like more recolours of the second one available for players.
The human and orcish mind cannot comprehend the joys of embracing the fact you’re in a high fantasy setting.
It’s also cool because if Sylvanas comes back, which she has teased to do in the Forsaken Heritage questline, even if not as a leader, you have all facets of undead represented in the horses.
The colours being mostly based around members of the Desolate Council’s also pretty cool. It gives me an idea or two for Forsaken guilds sworn to the orders of one member of the Desolate Council, rather than the Council as a whole - or guild divisions being made out of the different councilmembers’ footsteps.
Oh yes please!
Shame I don’t RP Cro anymore because that would’ve saved me having to make an undead priest version of her to play her more banshee mode.
I’m not sure where I came across as disapproving of the mount, but I assure you that I’m not.
Not sure if anyone mentioned it but on the PTR theres a new general skill called “Recuperate.” which sets out a campfire and has you cook and eat to restore HP and resources.
neat little rp skill i think
Okay, so, the enemies of the 11.1.7 patch aren’t just Marran Loyalists.
They are the Red Dawn, and they are a group that’s made out of:
-
Marran Loyalists.
-
Scarlet Crusaders.
-
Syndicate Remnants.
-
Defias Brotherhood Remnants.
And they want to kill all non-humans. No dreadlords, no funny business, just pure unfiltered romeaboos.
This is going to be so funny.
Oh to be a fly on the wall during that coalition’s formation.
WOLVERIIIIIIINES!
I spy an Eitrigg in those campaign quests. I think I’m on board, actually.
Also of interest is that Ar’gorok is apparently entirely intact and operational, contrary to how the Arathi Highlands have been portrayed on Argent Dawn for years.
