Wouldn’t it be cool if you could transmog a 2h into two 1hs and vice versa so it didn’t matter what stat stick you had in your hand?
Then you could delete SMF from the warrior talent tree and replace it with something good.

Beast Mastery should have been the melee spec and Survival being the ranged dot / trap / bombs one would have been better, but then we’d be lacking a ranged spec for dumb people
Edit: nvm, Aug/Devastation exist so we would have a ranged spec for dumb people

I will never argue against more options.
In my perfect world, we’d have a spec that encompasses this weird fantasy of using a ranged weapon from afar and a melee weapon up close. Like Vanilla hunters of old, or Champion / Hunter in LotRO or so.

Well that’s very simple. You just add deadzone back into the game.
More meant soloing as in levelling and daily quests.
Also assassination is my favourite rogue spec but I like being a druid more.
Especially after having just levelled a sub and outlaw rogue where I have found sub really boring and my hatred for outlaw extends all the way back to when it was called combat.
As for druid, I would give guardian a go but I refuse to tank since the very bad LFG group I had in legion but it was also legion where I learned to play feral (doing the mage tower… yep).
Just like to know how much suffering doing TWW is going to cause for a very casual player who does world quests and dungeons.
But seeing how it got buffed recently, I look more hopeful.

Okay look, I know she has funny “magic eating mcguffin” on her inventory but I feel like… this is just fkn terrible. The absolute worst of those types of anime emote fights where someone gets hit by a spell that would blow you through 10 mountains (this same beam spell previously deleted a Dreadlord from existence) and she doesn’t even do anything, her model just stiffly stands there taking the entire spell with no issue, doesn’t even bother reacting with a barrier, or dodging or anything whatsoever.
I guess I’m adding another thing to the 12-point “Xal’atath is just Zovaal” list at least, there are far better ways to handle this than have her just AFKing in the violet citadel (the most defended part of Dalaran, no less?) with no guards or anything else in a city filled with magic defenses, protections and wards just so we can watch her do the [sweeps a hand over a singular shoulder, “heh, is that all you’ve got punk?”] anime move.
Also why did it do no damage to any of the surrounding environment when it blew up windows and stone when we saw it in Harbingers: Khadgar?

Aren’t all (or most of) the murderhobo adventurers currently in and around Dalaran because its the gathering point for radiant echoes and any matter regarding the Radiant Song?

she picked the moment where the adventurers would be preoccupied (maybe the city got flooded by voidspawn idk) after the city got teleported to Khaz Algar
My guess is that this is part of ending cinematic for Dalaran fall scenario, which will involve nerubians attacking it (and murderhobos dealing with them).
Also, we know from datamining that Xala´tath is Drenden, so she literally has free reign of the city without anyone knowing about her, which could explain why she was in Violet Citadel all on her own.
Because it’s convenient for the animation budget.

That fight didn’t play out in a way that I’d expect Spellcasters to fight. It’s not a use of their respective vast repertoire of spells tactically applied and exploiting their surroundings… No big energy blast, this is what one of the greatest Archmage has shown here.
I didn’t think there could be a fight worse than Rastakhan vs Zul but here we are.

Other then that, Khadgar might be one of the most powerfull Magi alive, he isn’t all that powerfull in the grandscheme of things, compared to Wild-Gods, Old Gods, Titans, Titan Keepers, Dragon Aspects, etc I doubt he is barely a blip on their radar, let alone for an entity like Xal’atath who is presumed to be an Old God, or on their level…
So Khadgar getting easily defeated is fine. After all, we all wanted that Blizzard stopped making al characters marvel superheroes.
Now the way he lost is another thing entirely. I flashy magic duel, no use of surroundings or epic magic beams overwhelming one another… Just one 1 attack and its done and over. Quite underwhelming!
