This is minor in the grand scheme of things
but
why is the Shado-Pan icon not a pandaren? Why aren’t any of the Monk hero class icons pandaren? Why is the Herald of the Sun not a tauren?

I mean, the Sentinel icon is not a Night Elf(no ears), nor an Owl any Night Elf, for now has ever used.

Dark Ranger is obviously Human instead of a Thalassian Elf(lack of ears) suppose they could be that new generation of Dark Ranger Forsaken using Crossbows, who were trained by Nathanos, lmao???

Its literally all just humans or random icons, the only one on point is the Sunfury one!

Honestly don’t understand why Blizzard doesn’t use their rich cast or expand on minor characters of various races to turn them into major ones.

Yes, there’ll be moaning and whining and blaming because they aren’t Jaina/Anduin/Thrall/Whatever, but there’ll be the same if they keep using the above too. Also, if we had more characters we’ll have less OOC behaviour from the likes of Jaina going pro-Horde → anti-Horde → pro-Horde → anti-Horde → We’re all friends again for real now Since she could’ve been made and kept anti-Horde and her pro-Horde role could’ve been taken over by… oh I don’t know Khadgar or something.

Same with Aethas Sunreaver remaining pro-Dalaran, but never forgiving, trusting, or liking Modera or Jaina ever again but trusting Khadgar as the new leader of the Council of Six.

Instead we’re not in the situation where the victims of genocide are tolerant towards their genociders.

The victims of mass-expulsion, murder or wrongful conviction suddenly go out of their way to buy a present for the person that caused it!

I’m sure american legalese devilry prevents any trouble from teaching an algorithm the distinctive blizzard aesthetic as defined by a handful of artists.

Maybe it all loops around and geedubs gets a solid case for creative property theft when the blizzard computer accidentally poops out a genuine ork.

Also he plays a Vulpera Hunter. I don’t think it’s gonna catapult them to the forefront of the narrative but hey, it’s something.
