Hello,
i would like to ask if anyone of you have some experience with addon which would be able to recognize players of opposing faction who had previously attacked me. Something like friend list but … you know what i mean 
I know that there is some kind of addon which calls position and class of opposing faction on the map, but this is not the route i m willing to take. I just need , ENEMY LIST ,

You could turn off spy’s player detection, I think you can do that, and just use its kill on sight list.
If it’s red it’s dead - if you live by that then you’ll get whoever you want one day.

Who needs an addon when a simple notepad and pen will do the job just as well.

Use notepad on your PC then, it’s just the same. 
I feel like tabbing out and checking your notepad before engaging some dude is not gonna be very useful. But you do you.
That’s the thing about suggestions, you don’t have to listen to them. Do whatever you want, I’m not holding a gun to your head. I’m surprised you seem to think I care, but whatever.
