Listen. Do not do that.
Hire a team of 30 people to play BGs non-stop and fix the balance of runes/spells/talents based on that experience. Force them to queue the BG with different classes randomly so they gonna end up on a bg like pugs.
You will need only 1 day to understand the problem and adjust numbers.
You will never fix the balance by applying coefficient to EVERYONE, this is impossible by definition, you understand?

I agree, still a health % increase would be better than whatever this is and still pretty much the same thing. Maybe just give everyone 1000 more base health at 50 and above.
This will never, ever, ever happen.
There’s also zero point in them balancing runes/spells/talents when we’re not even max level yet. Literally zero.
It doesn’t work that way sadly.
Kinda can tbh, they made mutilate 40 energy yet they top PVE dps and pretty sure outside BGs anything dies in a short stun rotation. So why not balance it?

Shamans, either elemental or enhancement, they were doing too much damage even with 50% dmg nerf. This wont fix them.

The same goes for boomies. Too much dmg even during last weekend.

Then you have SPs and SL locks, the former were much better last weekend but the latter were unkillable and will remain so.

Then the rest.
Instead of doing these bs blanket tests, maybe get someone from retail to help you develop templates for each class/spec and be done with this sht.
Vast majority of people are already done with WSG and AB and they are never setting a foot ever again in either or in STV.
Alliance side is just waiting for AV. Let horde sweats stack shamans and queue for 1hr for AB. PvP in SoD is done for.

That’s why they made scalable abilities, all they need is to make correct scales for them and for all of them, because some abilities still does not scale.
There’s no upcoming spells from 50 to 60 which changes everything on the battlefield. All what matters is runes which they add so they should balance it before adding anyway.
And that’s why they should have PTR and tests, because you can test it on max level before it’s even released. Magic, right?

Sure, you could argue tweaking classes would be better, personally I think the risk is too big they would never get it right anyway. All Im saying is IF they are gonna do a blanket nerf then I think what I suggested would be better.

Like paladins abussing bubble to keep up AB flag up?
Help us from these 5 minute cooldown abuse for 12 seconds…
Bubble is an original classic wow spell for paladin and always was, and still paladin was very weak in classic and was useful only for healing. So bubble is not a problem.

Seriously 20% for melee 30% for casters? How is that balanced ???
How does that work? So hybrids shamans getting 20% on melee attacks and 30% on shocks?
Why dont you just admit runes and over gearing hasnt worked. Sack it all off…
Give us the classic plus we wanted with new content and ditch these obomination that is unbalanced runes.
All you needed to do was bring the meme classes up abit and leave pvp alone.

So if it’s test - where are your weekly report on your tests and your salary for the testing? You know - tester is a job, right?
This game is not a test, it is experiment, discovery, it doesn’t mean we put random stuff inside and look. Test servers called PTR, and this is not PTR. And on the test server your character could be just deleted. I don’t think someone gonna be OK with wipe.

No, you don’t get paid for voluntary work. You CHOSE to come to this gamemode when you knew damn well what it was.
If you don’t like it, leave.
Go back to the SoD announcement video and re-watch the part where they said there’s going to be no PTR and why.
If you don’t like it, it is a YOU problem. Go play something else, nobody is forcing you to be here.
