Since Level 1 you are doing quests to get better gear and higher levels to make you character better, your aproach just make any sort of gear or power progesion system other then cosmetic totaly absolite

Shure patch when they started to put brick wall betwen PvE and PVP from that they when to no gear in PvP and just “skill” in Legion, but it turned out that similar like in Raiding people play for insentive that is loot, to show that they are “better” then others not equal and fair

Socialism you mean, communism its an ideology. There is for example 2 big difference between China and Ussr, both have communism as idiology, but China far not a socialist country, when Ussr was 100% socialist without market relations.
Pvp players need to get lucky from Vault as well right now.
Most people will get 1 or 2 pieces offered per week, but some got Weapon (4 weeks of conquest) and 1 core piece while other have some useless trinket or wrist … it’s just completely stupid and unfair for most players.
How are people supposed to compete against players who get the equivalent of FREE 6 weeks conquest while some have sh*tty loots (1-2 weeks conquest equivalent gear) ?

Noone is baning you from farming more honor, yuo choce more expensive parts from Vault ( wep, head, chest ,legs) and but chrep one with conquest ( rings writs cloak) it req some luck shure but styl its less ring then PvE gear

Also some classes (rogues) can’t get 1800 conquest equivalent gear via vault because their class can’t use 2H weapons. It’s unfair in its core.

That’s actually an analogy I like to use for this debate (your spelling needs some serious work tho).
I am a natural-born capitalist, if one ever existed. I do believe one should be rewarded proportionally to the amount of work he puts in, and not simply granted handouts. If I had asked for PvE gear to be completely eliminated from PvP, I’d definitely be inching away from capitalistic principles, as people who choose to put in more work playing other modes of the game would be completely barred from being rewarded for it; but what I’m suggesting here is a middle-ground that ensures this disparity is reduced to a reasonable number, much like in the case of the U.S. wealth gap that every single billionaire perceives as unfair.
Top end PvP players work extremely hard (as far as WoW goes) to gear up, far harder than PvE players. This is something y’all seem to be forgetting.

If that fact doesn’t mean there’s surging demand for these changes, then surely seeing 9/10 top-end PvPers and 89 others (so far) unanimously agreeing with them ought to.

What people like you will never understand is that most PvP players LIVE TO OUT-SKILL other players, farming gear is boring and tedious and the fact that an inferior player farmed doesn’t mean he should win… Legion Templates was the best thing that ever happened to this game, I used to completely destroy random battlegrounds with 8 different classes not caring about gear @ all, it was the most fun I’ve had in PvP and I used to chain que for hours in a period of months… Sure here and there premades would ruin the fun but nothing is perfect…

Man nothing you say cant change the fact that mop wod pvp gearing was the best. Its just pure facts.
They could have atleast gave us 197 gear or rank 7 insta
the fact that xaryu is still 188 on his human mage with 2.4k+ rating is ridiculous tbh

Idk, but he’s around 197 atm. Still ridiculous. Not that I think we all ought to be higher this early, but it’s ridiculous because PvErs already are.
I would agree if M+ would be hard, but it’s just boring not hard for PvPers(did high keys in both legion and BFA cause that was the only way to stay in the flaw of PvP). Also you can grind out max gear in PvE but can’t in Arenas, even if you are Glad.
