No, all classes and specs can complete layer 3. It was done on the beta with the premade characters provided. They were ilvl 150 and that was for layer 4 and people could go well beyond layer 4 with those characters.

Yes I agree nerf the renown requirement for pvp gear. it feels bad always being treated like a second class citizen when you decide to do pvp

I am sorry but i don’t care. It being on heroic level seriously even surprised me! Mythic + should still be better gear tho. And tbh if you are playing since the beginning and not even hardcore at all you should by now have cleared all the mythic dungeons, they are a joke. And when the new raid comes out pvpers will be able tu buy conquest gear and upgrade it with normal honor points to hopefully heroic like quality, mythic raiding gear should always stay better than any other kind of gear. Maybe make pvp gear mythic ilvl after 2600 rating or something

Yup I did it but it was an easy boss, Arch Supressor Laguas. So bosses are also RNG.
some people don’t want to do pve tho, we just wanna do pvp and not be treated like 
because of it.
So either they increase the ilvl so it’s on par with mythic0, and remove this renown cap, or they give us a actually dedicated pvp stat like resilience that is useless in pve but made for pvp. Or they make the trinket pvp set bonus work defensively too, because at the moment it just increases your damage dealt, not the defensive part of your vers.

I think the pvp gear is fine on itemlevel 171 and it will be equal itemlevel once season 1 starts with m0 gear but if you cant finish torghast on said itemlevel now then you can always go m0 and gear up more knowingly becoming stronger and eventually beating it, sometimes gear is a factor… sometimes the traits in torghast can be too. It can be that some specs have trouble with it. Maybe try using drums and pots and such if you are unlucky in getting gear / traits.
Fury warrior? Arms doesn’t even have a self heal that i know of. It is like leveling warrior in Classic. Worst and slowest experience possible. Now I don’t play arms but I remember playing once on an orc alt for Mag’har questline, it was horrible solo.

And no, you’re utterly wrong on this subject: mythic dungeons are much easier as an arms warrior than Torghast. Torghast relies entirely on one’s anima powers, dungeons just require you to know where to move.
