PVP Vendors - I'm glad I can't choose wrong item

How are the Arena / Battleground achievement tabs required to get PvP gear?

Well if you don’t know that, how can you have an opinion on how you obtain gear in pvp?

#ISeeWutUDidThere.

Now let’s try it without the deflection: What Problems?

Because I can and do obtain PvP gear on a daily and weekly basis? Conquest points are available through World PvP, Random Battlegrounds, Skirmishes, Rated Arenas, and Rated Battlegrounds. I do some of those activities – but not all of them – and earn my PvP gear through the same systems as everyone else.

We are afraid that PVP players don’t have enough brain cells to choose a piece of gear so we decided to remove the vendor and put an automatic random useless reward into the game :rofl::joy:

your are welcome

But you need atleast 1 arena win per week to even get the chest, along with conq cap. So how does that add up with your ”on the weekly” and 0 arenas this season and less than 200 arena wins total since you made your char?

You don’t need any Arena wins per week to acquire the Weekly PvP Chest. You can acquire your 500 Conquest through Random Battlegrounds or Faction Assaults if you want. I have often done that.

And here we go, point proven. You have no idea how the pvp gearing works.

Just briefly…

Monotony and predictability in acquisition.
Traps and pitfalls in purchasing.
Inequality and imbalance in reward systems.

Stuff like that.

Explain that.

Explain what? Your conquest has nothing to do with it. Ofc u can fill up your bar other ways than arena or bgs.

But the chest part of your statement shows that you just make stuff up as you go to get reactions out of people.

I have read General since Mists (yes, sad; I know) and

  1. I have never seen a complaint about monotony and predictability in acquisition
  2. I don’t think I have ever seen a complaint about traps and pitfalls in purchasing. I could be wrong about “never”, but certainly not many
  3. “Inequality and imbalance in reward systems” is an absolute LOL ROFL moment when compared to what we have now.

You’ll have to do a lot better.

Off to watch that video you kindly linked now. The accused should have a chance to make a defence.

I think this guy (Jito) is just trolling, he had an argument with me and it showed he had no idea what he was talking about at the end, just arguing for the sake of arguing.

I am confused about what you’re trying to say. Let’s summarize, shall we?

What you’re saying is just nonsensical.

Anyone else that knows what he’s trying to say?

It’s right there? You say you dont need to win a rated match for the weekly chest (which you do, together with a full conq bar).

You show a conquest bar as proof for… what?

No, I won’t. You sweep the negatives off the table on the premise that you haven’t encountered complaints about them. But that’s not really a basis for refuting what I said.

You don’t.

Well the image shows that I have zero Arena games played this Season.
And it shows that my next Conquest rewards is the legs.

Here’s the Conquest reward schedule for Season 2:
https://worldofwarcraft.com/en-gb/news/22864557/battle-for-azeroth-pvp-season-2-has-begun

Week Item Level Item 1 Item 2
1 375 Weapon
2 385 Head
3 385 Legs Wrist

So as we can see from the schedule, I’ve obviously managed to earn both my Weapon and my Head in the past 2 weeks, since the Legs are my reward for this week.

So with that in mind, my question to you is: How have I managed to earn both the Weapon and the Head without doing any Arena games?

Wow… do you think that the reward from the conquest cap and schedule you just linked is the weekly CHEST?

I think my point has been proven without any doubts left.

As I said, im aware you can fill your bar and get those scheduled rewarda without a win, but the CHEST is what we are discussing, lmao just give it up you clearly have no idea what you are talking about.

No, you get that from an NPC, I know that. It’s just to illustrate that I’ve obviously earned 2x500 Conquest in the past 2 weeks.

Again, referring to this:

It says the following:

Players who earn 500 Conquest points in a given week will receive one Quartermaster’s Coin and a piece of gear from that week’s selection.

US forum explanation:

How to get your weekly PvP chest/cache

In the previous week (i.e. before the weekly reset):

  1. Cap conquest and turn in the conquest cap quest. Or, earn 500 conquest in a week.
  2. (Optional) The reward scales with your highest rated win in the previous week, so if you want something with an even higher ilevel, win at least 1 rated game while you’re above 1400 CR.
  3. Pray the system isn’t bugged.

https://us.battle.net/forums/en/wow/topic/20768687293

All you need is 500 Conquest. However way you get it is irrelevant. My picture should indicate that to be true, since I’ve obviously managed 2x500 Conquest without stepping into an Arena, and I’ve unlocked my Weekly PvP Chest twice this Season so far – entirely as I should have.

Edit: It’s late, I know, but It’d be nice if someone can just confirm that this is true: To get your weekly PvP Chest you just need 500 Conquest. You don’t have to do any Arena. Not to glee, but just because objective information should be factually true.

I’s not true, can confirm for you. And the ”us forum explanation” that you posted is a post made by who? That is NOT a blizzard post saying youdont need to arena and that it’s ”optional” for the chest. Because they would be making it up, just like you.
