What really people want and are asking for are same PvP Vendors as those we had back in WoD.

Nope, not all. Some people ask MoP vendor, Some ask WotLK vendor and so goes on.

Make no sense. The balance is made by class design and gear design. Never been balance by the Gear Vendor Design.

Not going against someone that paid for M+15 (AS YOU SAID) or someone that paid or have pro friends in the arena and got Boosted on high ilvl gear.
