Q: Low lvl Quests: gold and reputation?

Do you guys know in which patch Blizz changed that:

Low lvl quests give full reputation rewards?
And low lvl quests give higher money rewards?

When TBC comes out, will these two “features” already implemented/online, or was this changed in a later patch or even in WotLK?

Yes, the rep changes happened in WotLK Patch 3.0.8

I’m not aware of any changes which made low level quests give higher money rewards. Either I’ve simply forgotten, or it was implemented in one of the post-Cataclysm expansions I never played.

I think they changed it in TBC, that once you reach max lvl you get more money if you finish a quest (I think double or triple).

Oh, right. Yeah I know what you mean now. If you do any quest while level capped, you get gold in place of XP.

Gold in place of XP after level cap was actually implemented in patch 1.10, so it’s happening even now in Classic.

I think what you’re talking about is a scenario in which the rate of gold-to-xp was increased, so if you got something like 1g in place of 1000XP you now get 4g in place of 1000XP.

Not sure about this, I’ve no memory of it ever happening. Perhaps some of the other posters will be more knowledgeable.
