Alliance getting High Elves finally and horde getting Amani would be rather cool! 
however my expectations non existent for any races being added. Will likely be high elves as an NPC core focus for the alliance side (think vereesa and silver covenant) are gonna questing or daliy npcs. and Amani will probably be made enemies again as a new troll raid or maybe they’ll help who knows my opinion is to expect nothing and get excited if it does rather and expect something and it doesn’t happen and get disappointed

Ok so Silvermoon will be neutral, the high elves of the horde and the alliance will be united.

If they were EVER going to add High Elves, this was the time. Literally, the last chance because if now wasn’t going to be good enough, nothing would ever be good enough.
Perhaps it is time to close this long running thread?
Well could not been the “army of light” since none of them LF Draenai. Must have been the Arathi came as they were all human size. That the emperor of light heard her call and sent his army. The Arathi must also seen the darkness coming to Azeroth. Could been the champions but all of them was Human size and Paladins. Or it was the Silver Hand but there was so many so it could not been. Its most likely the Arathi.
First I thought, wait that is not Liandrin, who is she. She looks too human but I quess she is getting a new model. Lor’themar was cool. Im glad he survived.
Amani did get a new model of the old model. I hope they atleast become customizations for regular trolls if they don’t become Allied race. Even Ghostlands has gotten new look as well as Quel’thalas/Silvermoon. Looks like the “wild” has overgrown. Ohh the Zul’aman is questing/exploring area. Didn’t see the scourge scar anywhere so it must have healed.
Haranir homeland got lumped in with Midnight instead of War within. Quess they ran out of time.
Housing seems to be shared between Horde and Alliance areas between the factions.
Well we will see when they show more during Gamescon.

The Haranir were discovered during TWW and became Midnight’s allied race…
We’ll unite the scattered elven tribes during Midnight, and there will certainly be the high elves. So the high elves could become TLT’s allied race or unlock new customizations during a Midnight patch.

There is information on the official website, Silvermoon will be neutral like Bel’ameth, Gilneas, Telogrus Rift.
The alliance will just be guests in the capital of the blood elves.

So the “Elven unification” or “unite the scattered elven tribes” was nothing more than a lie from Chris Metzen. Why even bring it up during blizzcon…

This is probably for the best. Silvermoon IS a Horde city. The Blood Elves, i.e. the majority of the race, are Horde. Making it clear the Alliance characters are guests in a Horde city, just as Horde players are guests in some Alliance territory, is reasonable.

Of course this is normal but there will be the horde fanatics who will certainly be angry.
We will have to wait in the next few days as there will be more information regarding the story, zones, features, etc… of Midnight.

I can’t say it is ideal, but it is probably the best we can hope for. It should be clear it’s not a neutral city, more that the Alliance is tolerated (for now.
