the alliance bias is on full display for everyone to see now. It was obvious from the start they make the blood elves suffer to extra vindicate the high elf crowd. After a bunch of highelf fanatics granted access to the community council it was only a matter of time for this.
honestly its more so the other horde races, what I’m seeing with helf npc dialogue is that the tensions between helf and belf is high as ever which is good honestly, better then what I was expecting even.
Its moreso the other horde race or rather the absolute absense of them in form of an organized army to defend their allies territory while there are a bunch of armies consisting of alliance races, In hindsight this thread isn’t the place tho
That was more a consequence of the sheer number of allied races added in BFA when the system was new. They all had to wait their turn. Not saying Amani would be impossible in a later patch, but it would make more sense when they are narratively in the spot light.
However as it stands, the Amani lack the customisation that the Haranir have, and the Haranir are clearly the gold standard for what we should expect. As the leg work hasn’t been done that strongly suggests they aren’t slated for the roster.
Earthen were added at the time they were introduced. Haranir’s late introduction is a consequence of how Metzen reordered the storyline. Originally TWW was going to end in Harandar, where they would have been in full focus and we would have gotten them then.
Saw on US forums which also was from Redshirt guy that the Void elves have made Windrunner village their permanent home…..No..still can’t link sorry, it won’t let me.
There more dialog for Silver covenant on the US High elf thread….still can’t link…I quess im not even a level 2…or is it level 4 not sure how it works.
There was also a spoiler from US High elf thread and more pictures from Silverglade refuge. I copy past what they wrote.
Datamining alludes to Alleria causing Void disruptions when near the Sunwell not because she’s a Void Elf, but rather because she has L’ura, the dark Naaru inside of her. When she first absorbs L’ura in Legion, Xal’atath (in dagger form) tells Priest players that now they have the key. It appears L’ura is the key to corrupting the Sunwell. This explains why Alleria specifically causes issues near it, and why L’ura is going to be a Raid Boss in the final Raid. Also, a final campaign chapter that was datamined is labeled as “The Dawn of a New Well”. I wonder if this means that the Sunwell will end up forever altered at the end of this storyline? Perhaps a mixture of Light and Void, a balance of cosmic forces?
I don’t know why I’d expect anything else from Blizzard considering that Earthen Stormrooks also suffered the same fate despite whole Questline dedicated to taming them and reforming their riders.
Like the implications like blood elf NPCs using mana wyrm flying mount since 9.2.5 that is also on Battlenet store and coincidentally arrived around the same time as blood elf heritage questline extension that rewarded low-res hawkstrider?
Even though I agree (and hope) that we will get more Paladin options for the races (When, if not in Midnight?) - is there anything beside the one Void Elf paladin NPC that points in that direction?
